Beautiful home! Enjoyed the views, the beach, and the private pool.

First off Marilyn is fantastic to work with this was our first time renting a house and we were a little hesitant until we talked to Marilyn it all went smooth. The house was great right on the beach the pool was great and the veiws were spectacular we were also lucky enough to see 2 space X rocket launches from the beach. Great family vacation thank you Marilyn for the memories hopefully we are able to visit again

A lovely property in a beautiful spot.

Very quiet beautiful beach. Nice pool. Comfortable house. Easy biking distance to Sebastian inlet state park. Marilyn is an excellent hostess. We had an air conditioner go out while we were there. She had the problem fixed the next morning, and the handyman set us up with a portable indoor A/C within hours. Highly recommended.

tayed here with my husband and 3 young children. The best thing about the house is definitely how close you are to the beach! If you forgot something, it was no big deal to just run back in. It is just like walking to your backyard. This house is very secluded in that we never really saw other people on the beach and if we did they were really far down. Very peaceful! The house has everything you want to cook meals and lots of pool toys and beach chairs/umbrellas. My kids loved the pool and you can tell how clean and well taken care of it is. Check in was super easy and fast which was amazing after traveling all day with kids. We did have a few issues, but Mariyln was so quick to respond and help us. She was fantastic. Can't wait to come back!

There were 5 adults and one 8 month old in our group. The very short walk to the beach, fantastic pool, and excellect layout of the home made it the perfect stay. The Sebastian area is one of the last few beach towns in Florida that doesn't feel overrun with cars, people, and condos. For a quiet, beautiful beach experience...This is the best! Highly recommend this rental!
