BEDROOMS

Your family's comfort is our priority in this cozy retreat. The main floor features a Queen bed with a comfortable setup for easy access to a full bathroom. Upstairs, you’ll find a second Queen bed in one bedroom. The third bedroom offers a bunk bed (twin over full/queen), providing flexible sleeping arrangements for additional guests. Additional sleeping space is available with an air mattress for 2 people, along with provided bedding including pillows, pillowcases, a queen sheet set, a quilt, and one extra blanket.



This layout is designed to comfortably accommodate your group while ensuring everyone has their own space to relax and enjoy their stay.



SUNROOM

Step into our inviting sunroom, where comfort meets style! With a plush sofa and ample seating, it’s the perfect space for family gatherings or a cozy movie night. Enjoy your favorite shows on the smart TV, or simply relax and soak in the natural light streaming through the windows. This sunroom is designed to be a warm, welcoming retreat for the whole family, whether you're unwinding after a day of adventure or enjoying quality time together.



LIVING ROOM AND KITCHEN

The inviting open concept living area is designed for comfort and togetherness. With plenty of cozy seating, it’s the perfect spot to unwind by the fireplace or enjoy family movie nights. Just a few steps away is the dining area, where a table comfortably accommodates 8 guests, making it ideal for shared meals and celebrations. Adjacent to the dining area, the fully stocked kitchen features modern stainless steel appliances, ensuring you have everything needed to create delicious family feasts. This space seamlessly blends relaxation and dining, making it the heart of your getaway.

As a special perk, we're thrilled to offer you an exclusive bundle that includes Hulu + Live TV, Disney+, and ESPN+. Access a wide range of live TV channels, an incredible library of Disney content, and captivating sports coverage, all from the comfort of your home away from home. Simply tune in to the designated channels on the TV and enjoy endless entertainment during your stay.



For even more fun, head to our spacious Entertainment Room located in the basement. This vibrant space, adorned with a stunning mural of Highway 42, is perfect for family bonding. Whether it’s a family retreat or a romantic evening, our hot tub offers the ideal escape for relaxation and rejuvenation!



OUTDOORS

Surrounded by lush greenery, this home offers a peaceful retreat for families. The backyard is a true oasis, featuring a cozy firepit where you can gather for storytelling and s'mores under the stars. Just steps away, the back patio boasts a relaxing hot tub, perfect for unwinding after a day of adventures. Fire up the outdoor grill for family cookouts and enjoy al fresco dining in this serene setting. With ample outdoor space, your family can create unforgettable memories while basking in nature's beauty!



★ HOUSE RULES & OTHER POLICIES ★



PETS

We warmly welcome up to 2 dogs to join your stay! There is a $100 fee per dog. If you're bringing more than one, please let us know in advance. To ensure a pleasant experience for everyone, we kindly ask that you bring waste bags and clean up after your pets, helping us keep the property in great shape for all guests.



PARKING

This property features a spacious driveway that comfortably accommodates up to 4 cars or trucks, ensuring your family has plenty of parking options. We also just installed an EV charger in the garage for guests to use, so you can charge your electric vehicle conveniently during your stay. With these convenient parking options, you can focus on making lasting memories without the worry of where to park!



Please take note that per the Village of Sister Bay, “No parking is allowed on the street, grass, no campers, trailers are allowed and no boats can be parked onsite more than 24 hours.” The Village of Sister Bay prohibits more than 4 cars to be parked on the premises and must not be parked anywhere but in the driveway. In accordance with the Village of Sister Bay’s parking regulations for Short Term rentals, there is no parking allowed in the garage.



SECURITY FEATURES

To ensure the safety and peace of mind of our guests, we have several security features in place, including multiple locks, loud audible alarms that are easy to activate, and an exterior security camera. These measures are designed to enhance security and provide a worry-free stay.



NEIGHBORHOOD

This home is in a residential neighborhood. The neighborhood and backyard are perfect for grilling out, enjoying a fire, and laughing with your friends and family. Please respect our friends and neighbors and avoid loud, large parties. Please treat the neighbors like you live there.



SMART STAY AND EASY CHECK-IN

To make your arrival as smooth and stress-free as possible, we use a secure digital guest portal powered by SuiteOp—no app needed. Before your stay, you’ll receive a simple link to complete a quick ID verification, choose between a refundable security deposit or a low-cost damage waiver, and sign the rental agreement.



This helps us keep everything safe and secure while giving you a faster, contactless check-in experience. Once you’re set, you’ll have everything you need in one place—your door code, check-in details, house guide, local tips, and even options like early check-in or late checkout. Easy, convenient, and all at your fingertips.



CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that plans can change unexpectedly, which is why we have a flexible cancellation policy in place. If you cancel your booking more than 14 days before your scheduled arrival date, you will receive a full refund of the total booking amount. If you cancel more than 7 days before arrival, you will receive a 50% refund. Unfortunately, cancellations made within 7 days of arrival are non-refundable. However, we will do our best to accommodate any change requests, subject to availability and applicable fees.



CLEANING FEE

Our cleaning fee is designed to ensure transparency and support our dedicated cleaning team, who are compensated with living wages to maintain high standards of cleanliness and service throughout your stay. This fee also includes a unique damage protection policy, providing peace of mind during your visit. It’s not a profit-driven charge, but one that helps maintain the quality of your experience. Guests often praise our attention to cleanliness, and we’re committed to making sure every detail of your stay is perfect. We're always available to promptly address any concerns, ensuring you can relax and enjoy your time in our home.
