Secluded Home w/ Pool in Gated Community, Steps From Beautiful Kailua Beach

We were an ideal location for the most perfect beach for our family!

Super fantastic house, not even a 5 minute walk to Kailua Beach! Katy was a fantastic host and super transparent and response. The house had so many amenities with each bedroom coming with their own dedicated bathroom, and had so many things to help us have fun at the pool or beach (a wagon, umbrellas, beach chairs, snorkel gear, floaties, boogie boards, wake boards, and more)!If this is available, definitely book it! Location was fantastic and we loved staying so close to the downtown of Kailua.

We stayed for a week in April. The house was fantastic and gave plenty of space while not feeling too close to each other. We used the pool everyday and watch the sunset across the street almost every night. There are only A/C units in the bedrooms but the fans in the kitchen and living room were enough to keep us cool. Loved having all the beach equipment in the garage ready for us to use.

Beautiful home in a perfect location. Directly across the street from the beach. Very convenient that beach items were available (towels, umbrella, beach chairs, snorkeling gear, etc). Kitchen was well stocked with everything that we needed.

This is an ideal location for families or groups of friends. The house is spacious and meticulously clean, and you can enjoy a perfect park and beach which is so close you can be in the calm lovely ocean water or sitting under the palm trees watching the sunrise in 5 minutes! There had been a problem with the pool the previous week, and Katy and her pool guy worked tirelessly to make it right. We were really impressed with the privacy of the house and of each of the bedroom areas in this house, as well as its thoughtful amenities like pool toys, beach chairs, and beach towels. Highly recommended!

Great location across the road from Kailua beach and park. We were in the water for literally hours at a time. The pool was nice and the house was well equipped and lovely.

Great location! Easy walk to the beach. Layout of the house worked perfect for my husband and I and our grown children and their spouses.

We loved our stay at this beautiful home! We are a family of five (kids 10,7,5) and our in laws who stayed for our visit back to Hawaii. The home is situated perfectly across from Kailua beach in a gated community. The pool was just perfect to come home to after a day of exploring the island. Our kids loved all the beach toys, boogie boards, pool toys available. The kitchen was well appointed and had all we needed as we made most meals at home. Bedrooms were equipped with AC and sleeping was very comfortable. The gas grill was nice to have as well! We could not have found a better place to stay! Checkin and out was easy and we didn’t need a thing during our stay from our host.

Very, very happy with our stay! Scuba diving group and this property checked off everything we needed. Beautiful property was clean, 4 bathrooms and kitchen had all the appliances we needed. The host, Katy, communicated with me and answered all my questions with in 2 days or less. I would highly recommend this property to anyone who would also like a pool & the beach across the street. Me and my family had the best time here and the property is spacious, modern, light, suitable for all ages and perfectly located for exploring the local area - including the beautiful Kailua Beach, Kualoa Ranch and Hanauma Bay. Katy’s place was wonderful. It worked out great for 5 adults, a 12 y.o. and a 6 y.o. The pool was a hit and the proximity to the beach was perfect. We had everything we need to prepare, and share, family dinners. We loved it here. Made lots of memories.

The house was gorgeous and very close and convenient to the beach. We had a great time with family, plenty of room. We found everything we needed to make dinners each night. Enjoyed sitting by the pool and visiting. More beach chairs would have been a nice touch. Loved our stay and would come again!

My family and I had the most perfect stay here during a time when we were mourning the loss of our grandma/mom. A part of my family and I were traveling from the mainland and the other part are locals who live in a nearby town. This place is quietly placed off a main road and away from large areas of people which provided a little sanctuary and gave us a central space to decompress and spend time talking story and enjoying each other’s company. But it’s not far from Kailua’s shopping area so if you needed something stores like Target were not far away. And it’s an easy walk to one of our favorite beaches it probably took us no more than 10 minutes from the front door to a spot on the sand.Also, there was so much space for 7 adults to comfortably spread out and not be on top of each other. Each room has its own ceiling fan and wall air conditioning which was greatly appreciated. And everything we could ever need was provided for us from every kitchen item to outdoor activity item. We only needed to bring our food and drinks which saved us a lot of money from always eating out. The outdoor space was also really nice! Once the pool maintenance guy arrived the pool was always crystal clear. We’ve stayed at many places when coming home and this house was our best experience by far. On our next trip I truly deeply hope we can stay here again. Thank you Kat for your kindness and for allowing my family to experience a house like this at a time we all really needed it

Perfect property for every family. With the four bedrooms and four full bathrooms, everyone was able to have their own space for relaxation. This home was equipped to fulfill all of our needs including the baby’s (crib, high chair, etc) and the location was close to downtown and closer yet to the beach!

We rented two houses on our vacation and this was our favorite. We had 8 adults and there was room for all of us. The beach was seriously a 2 minute walk away, which was great for the young adults. I know they used the beach towels and I believe they used some of the beach equipment. The kitchen was stocked well which was handy because we cooked breakfast each morning. I appreciated that the bedrooms had AC units in them. We come from a cool, dry area so being able to sleep cool was great! The living area had fans which took a minute to cool it down, but after that, we were able to fit in the spacious space and watch movies. It was in a quiet part of town which was also appreciated. Great place to rent!

We celebrated my 40th on Oahu and Katy’s home was the perfect location for both a beach and poolside getaway. We’ve been to Oahu a number of times but this was the first time we’ve ever stayed in Kailua and we’re definitely coming back! We had friends, family, and kids with us so the home’s amenities gave us enough space as well as being stocked with everything that we needed to cook, entertain, and spend time at the beach and pool. It wasn’t just the kids who loved both beach and pool access, us adults did too. The location was KEY as it was literally across the street from Kailua beach which had the softest sand and perfect sized waves for the kids. A family vacation at this home was exceptional. A gated secluded home in complex. The neighbors are quiet. The accommodation was very comfortable, with enough privacy if needed. The bedrooms is as described. Very spacious We had 2 kids under age of 3 yrs old. The pool helped us to cool down. Pool, sand toys available for use. The host Katy is very responsive. We would return to this home in the future

My family had great time with this house. The accommodation was quiet and close to the beach, so I could take a beach walk every morning. It was a private accommodation, so it was very safe.
