Stayed Oct 5, 2025The cabin was really nice. Lots of fun things to do. It is ways out of town, but if you want secluded, this is it. Kitchen is very modern, with everything you will need for your stay. We enjoyed our stay, plus we got a free ticket to Silver Dollar City!

Stayed Jul 7, 2025The lake house was absolutely perfect for our little family vacation with our teens! Located at the end of a very quiet road, the location was perfect to get away from the busyness of town, while still close enough to enjoy all of the attractions Branson has to offer. We enjoyed fishing and swimming in the lake, all of the many games the house has to offer, smores on the campfire, and early morning coffee on the deck. This was the perfect getaway!

Stayed Jun 12, 2025Very clean. Excellent communication. Beds comfortable. Kitchen nicely equipped. Main living quarters do require climbing a flight of stairs, either outdoors or indoors. Trail to lake well marked, maintained.

Stayed Oct 2, 2024The house alone would get a 5-star review if it weren’t for the water and lack of care from the maintenance staff concerning our complaint. The hot water smelled strongly of sulphur (think rotten eggs), but the cold did not. It took over 2.5 days to get any information on the status of the maintenance request, and we were finally told it was just well water and running it for 5 minutes might clear it up. This made no sense since it was only the HOT that smelled; clearly the issue was with the hot water heater. We actually heated up the cold water on the stove for baths with no foul smell, and some in our party just opted for cold showers. Neither was ideal, but we made the best of it. The house was otherwise ideal. Great location with a little trail to the lake and nice outdoor porch area. House was clean and modern. I really hate to review poorly, but none of the other reviewers mentioned this, and I sure would have preferred knowing before booking.

Stayed Aug 3, 2024Loved that there wasn't any neighbors close to us very private. You can see the fireworks from silver dollar city. The trail to the lake was nice. Has a good game room. We saw lots of deer.very relaxing.

Stayed Jul 22, 2024Everything was great. We really enjoyed the view and the space for the kids to play downstairs. If you are feeling up to it, there is a path to the lake where you can jump right in for a swim. The hike back up is a little steep but did not stop us from doing it several times. Another bonus for us was not staying directly in town so traffic was better for quick trips to the store, the local coffee shop, Kimberling City and Silver Dollar City.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Nice view an quiet area to stay. Had issues with no hot water the first day so no showers that night until the following evening thankfully it heated up an was working when returned, was thankfully fixed the next morning may be something to keep an eye on. Issues tv not working but finally resolved had issues with painter tape on window lil tacky but was from cleaning crew or previous person staying not knowing how to properly secure a window latch properly. Over all nice stay. Glad most things were resolved.
