Secluded Gem 3bd/2Bth w/ Hot Tub, AC, & Self Check In

Rick was a peach. The place was clean and very comfortable. The property manager went above and beyond to make sure the hot tub was ready for us. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.

We were all very comfortable. Those beds were really nice. I slept all night. Enough seating. We also had enough amenities we didn't even have to turn on the tvs!! The hot tub was really great after a long day of traveling. We liked everything about it.

Driving into this space was a little unnerving. I for sure thought we were going to be murdered. It seemed sketch. However, we ended up having a great time. No one bothered us even though this house is in on one lot of three homes with an rv in the neighboring yard. It was quiet and except for the walk out to it, the hot tub was private and hot. The hosts obviously have worked hard to accomodate whoever is wanting to rent here and I am very grateful. Thanks!

Found it odd that the microwaves were in the bedrooms. The beds could have been more comfortable.

Great place, every room has its own a/c, tv, and microwave! Theres also a nice hot tub out back that also has a tv. Theres a convenient honor bar as well if you need a snack!

Clean, comfortable, and quiet. I appreciated being able to book for one night.I would definitely stay again if I find myself in the area in the future.

Easy on/off I-5 North and South. Quiet neighborhood with several parks which we didn't visit. Great directions and check in info given. Very responsive and great communication with Josh. Open kitchen/living/dining room, spacious. All beds comfortable except one bed was a little too soft for person that slept in there. Hot tub was hot and in inviting area. Would stay again if in area. We were in town for concert at Cascade Amphitheater in Ridgefield. Even notified when we left something

A video AND very clear directions on how to get there and where to park?Awesome! The secluded hot tub area was wonderful. Brilliant idea of having an honor bar! The bed options have 3 different firmnesses. So great! Comfortable living area. Good walking neighborhood or less than a block to a park. As close as it is the I-5, you don't hear a thing!

Rick was a great host! He was easy to communicate with and quick to respond when we needed something, the property is super clean and so beautiful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and if we ever have to stay in the area again, we know where we will stay!

We loved the outdoor space. Getting to watch TV while being in the hot tub was awesome! Super easy check in/check out. Was fun having snacks/drinks available if we wanted to buy. There are some great bike trails so if we were to stay again will definitely bring my bike. I wasn't comfortable walking by myself around neighborhood but on a bike would be fine. My only complaint would be there were no curtains in the room I slept in so was woken up each morning with the sun. Beds and living room couch/chairs were comfortable. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and if are needing something in this area again would love to stay again.

We came here from Nebraska for a family wedding in Oregon. Our stay was great! Communication was wonderful, check in was fast and easy! The house was clean and very relaxing! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This was a great stay, and just what we needed. The space was clean and quiet. We didn't have a chance to use the hot tub, but maybe next year when we come through town. The kitchen was fully stocked, and we cooked an amazing meal.

The beds were comfortable but it would be nice to have more lighting without climbing on the bed for ceiling fan. We are a bit short.... Really appreciated the spices and condiments. The front of your buildings needs some curb appeal as it nearly scared us away.

Property was quiet and 20 mins from airport. Easy to get to and clean! Would stay again!!

Overall the listing was as described and the property manager was very communicative. The bathrooms were a bit small standing at the sinks but overall a great place to stay.

We enjoyed our stay. We came to hike around the Columbia river and explore the Portland area, and it was easy to access both from this location. The hot tub was nice after a long day of hiking, and everything was clean. It’s also rare to stay in a place that doesn’t have extensive check out instructions, so it was a nice surprise to have very easy check out instructions

The house was clean and comfortable, the layout was a little strange with two bathrooms next to each other but it wasn’t an issue. The couches were comfortable and we enjoyed the spa. Will definitely stay again if I need to come this way again.

Our unit was so clean and I was immediately impressed with that as we walked in. We rented the 3bd 2 bth. Our bed was so amazing, much better even than our bed at home! It is a small unit but we had 5 people and it was perfect for us. Rick was awesome at helping out with needing a few extra things and was very compassionate about our family member having surgery, which was just very nice. I was thankful to be able to rent from a kind person. We were able to easily get into Portland.

It is secluded and very comfortable. I love this place. I will be back.

Really enjoyed all the extra little touches such as having some basic snacks and toiletries and drinks available based on an honor payment system.

Rick is such an awesome host, very responsive, and great with communication. His place is well kept, clean, and has all the accommodations you would need. The dishes are well stocked, and he even has an honor bar, for snacks and drinks. This was a great place to stay and we will gladly stay there again if we have the opportunity!

Home was very cozy and perfect. Asked for suggestion for dinner and they suggested Beaches on the waterfront. Which was absolutely amazing. Would most definitely stay here again and suggest this to friends. Beds were so comfortable and ac in each room. Thank you for a great night at stay

My husband and I booked this home away from our home to celebrate our first wedding anniversary, it was in a neighborhood, but kind of secluded very private didn't seem much of the owners around, which didn't make it awkward to have the house next to theirs, everything was clean and looked just like how the pictures described! Will definitely be coming back when we need another break

My husband and grandson’s stayed the night here and it was very comfortable. The owner was in contact with us for all our needs and very friendly I would definitely stay here again

Super clean and perfect for a family of 4. Everyone had their own room and space. Living area and kitchen met all expectations. The honor snack bar was a nice touch and the outdoor area and hot tub was a great relaxing space. Owners or guests in main house were constantly in and out of the garage that shared a main entrance as the rental. Other than that i would recommend.

Perfect location close to the event we were attending. It’s cozy but uses the space well. The hot tub was a plus - easy and fun to use! Rick the owner was super nice and very accommodating to our schedule. Would definitely stay again!
