It is secluded under a range of hills with miles of hiking trails to the river and lake. Take in the area on horseback via the stables in Salmon Falls. Archery enthusiasts can get some practice in at the park at El Dorado Hills Blvd. Your historic location also offers a plethora of great attractions and places you can visit, which include Placerville, the historic Gold Country, Coloma, the Lotus Rapids, the Amador Wine Country, Lake Tahoe, Monte Vista Trailhead, Promontory Community Park, and Cronan Ranch Regional Trails Park. The concert venues and numerous restaurants nearby serve as the perfect way to wrap up exciting outings. If you want to venture a little further, Sacramento is only 38 miles away and is teeming with activities everyone is sure to enjoy.
When you enter this home, you will discover an inviting living room to your left, equipped with comfortable furniture throughout and a smart TV to keep you entertained during your stay. This is a great gathering spot when you want to play board games and plan your next adventures. Attached to the living room is the laundry room, where you will find a washer/dryer and everything you need that will make laundry a breeze. When mealtime comes, surprise the crew with a delicious homemade meal prepared in the well-appointed kitchen. This home also comes equipped with mini-split heating for added comfort and convenience.
This splendid charmer is nestled under trees, which ensures guests are always cool, while the fireplace keeps everyone toasty on colder days. On the subject of fresh air, your vacation home has two screened porches, one on each. The first porch features a comfy seating area, a gas firepit, and a dining area, and it opens up to a fenced backyard that is open to the trails above the home. The second porch boasts a new gas grill and another dining area - the perfect setting for barbecues! From here, you can easily access another gated backyard with a doggie door.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
