Kaitlyn’s place is beautiful, private and serene with easy access to downtown Bethel and Sunday River. The house was beautiful, very well stocked kitchen and our kiddos loved the Jenga and Pac-Man. Kaitlyn was super responsive and even let us arrive early in time for the snow! - Lauren

Great ski house close to Sunday river, plenty of space for our family of 5 - modern heating, fast internet for multiple devices, kitchen stocked with all types of cooking utensils (and a few sweet goodies - sorry my kids ate so many of them), clean bathrooms with plenty of hot water, washer and dryer that was very helpful, and close to numerous restaurants. This house was perfect for our group staying the long weekend and skiing at Sunday River! The living and dining room was great for relaxing after a day on the slopes, and the kitchen was perfect for making breakfast and dinner. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could need. Everyone really enjoyed the beds and how comfortable they were. Overall 10/10 and would recommend to anyone - Robert
