The deck is perfect for entertaining, bird watching and star gazing and if you are lucky watching the rockets after take off from Florida. Mermaids Ridge captures it all.
Renters have use of the North End Dock if using a boat and the town is a short bike or golf cart ride away. Elbow Cay is only 5 miles long in total so nowhere is far from the villa. With restaurants and bars accessible by both road and water.

For boating enthusiasts, the nearby North End dock provides slips accommodating boats up to 30 feet on a first come, first served basis, with boat slips generally readily available for your use. This is an immensely valuable for visitors and residents alike, available only to Northend homeowners and their renters.
