Sebastião 10A - Ground-floor apartment with access to shared pool

This 3 bedroom ground floor apartment is set in a quiet area of the resort, surrounded by the green lawns and trees of the golf course, with views to 7th fairway. The shared pool is only a few meters away across the road, where you will find a clean and relaxing space with sun loungers available for the use of the guests.

The living and dining room is bright and spacious, with two nice and comfortable sofas, as well as an armchair. The dining table seats 6 people, and you’ll alsofind a small desk in case you need to work or study. From the living room, 2 sets of french doors open out to a terrace with exterior furniture, so you can enjoy a meal, a drink, or simply relax outside. The kitchen is completely equipped with hob, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, espresso machine, kettle, toaster, and washing machine.

The master bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe, television and a large ensuite bathroom with bathtub. The two other bedrooms, each with twin beds and wardrobes, share a second bathroom also with bathtub.

Just across the lawn is a large swimming pool and a separate children’s pool, which makes it ideal for families. The apartment’s position makes it possible for parents to keep an eye on the children from the terrace.

Set within landscaped gardens of palms, tropical shrubs and lawns, Burgo D. Sebastião is a cluster of apartments and townhouses situated close to the entrance to the Praia d’el Rey Golf & Beach Resort. The Tennis Club is a couple of minutes walk away, and the Club House and first tee are around 10 minutes on foot. The sandy beach and the 5 star Mariott Hotel with spa, gym and restaurants is a 15 minute walk away, or 3 minutes by car.

Our office is located 7 minutes from the resort, in Serra D'El Rei, and we will be available for any situation that may arise.
Arrivals are made in person at our office and a member of our team will accompany you to the property.

Praia D'El Rey is a development with an 18-hole golf course, tennis courts, a Marriott Hotel, and a wide range of properties available for local accommodation. For golf lovers, it is the perfect location, as there are three more golf courses just a few minutes away: Royal Óbidos, West Cliffs, and Bom Sucesso. For those who prefer surfing beyond the waves at Praia D'El Rey, there are numerous beaches such as Supertubos, Peniche de Cima, and Baleal that are excellent for this activity.

A car is necessary to get to and from the resort.
