● Location: East End off of Seawall Blvd. in Galveston, Texas

● Beach Access: Less than a 2 minute walk to the Seawall and a short drive/walk to many restaurants and attractions.

● Rent Beach Box: Beach gear rentals are available! Ask us for details and rates.

● WIFI/Cable: We provide free high-speed WIFI and Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own streaming service apps.

● Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed.

● Parking: There is room for 2 cars in the driveway, and 2 additional cars on the street. For street parking you will need to put a parking permit in the vehicle. Any lost parking permits have a replacement fee of $250.

This charming home offers a comfortable layout that perfectly blends together modern convenience with a unique flair. The first floor features a living room, dining area, and kitchen, each offering distinct spaces to relax, gather, and prepare meals. A full bathroom and a bedroom with 2 queen-sized beds complete the first floor, making it ideal for guests who may have difficulty with stairs.

Head upstairs to discover three additional sleeping spaces, each a relaxing retreat after a fun-filled Galveston day. One bedroom offers a luxurious king-sized bed, private en-suite bathroom, perfect for a couple seeking extra space. The other bedroom on the second floor has a queen-sized bed, and the secondary living space is outfitted with 2 twin-over-full bunks and an additional trundle bed with surrounding curtains for added privacy and sound sleep. An additional full bathroom is also on the second floor.

After a day of exploring the beach or the Strand District, unwind on the inviting backyard patio with comfortable seating – the perfect spot to enjoy a refreshing beverage, a delicious meal, or simply relax under the Texas sky. Seawall Sunrise offers the space and amenities to make your Galveston getaway truly memorable.

● Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee.

● Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.

● Age Requirement: Guests must be 24+ to book.

Surveillance Camera: There are 5 security cameras on site. 3 overlook the porch and front yard from various angles. 2 of them overlook the backyard and alleyway parking area.

House Rules:
- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- One-night stays must be approved.
- Groups larger than 12 need to be approved. We do not allow parties.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- Pets are not allowed.
- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.

    Wonderful place to stay. Clean home, quiet neighborhood. The communication with thw host was exceptional. It is about 1.5 miles from the Royal Cruise port. We woild definitely stay at the home again.
