Seaview is a two-storey bright and inviting beachside home, brimming with features to appeal to families or groups of friends. Just a short walk to the beach, it's located in popular Old Dunsborough, known for its pretty sandy coves and calm waters. A great spot for swimming, boating, fishing and bushwalking in nearby Meelup Regional Park. 

The home itself has a very beachy and energetic vibe. The main upstairs living area's high ceilings and banks of glass doors and windows give light to the beautiful timber floors and colourful artworks and furnishings.

The expansive top-level balcony runs the length of the home and offers dramatic 180-degree water views. Two comfy seating areas at either end of the deck, plus a large central outdoor dining table, mean you have a multitude of options for outdoor dining or simply enjoying a morning coffee. There is further outdoor seating in the garden.

On the opposite side of the house, there is a clever BBQ deck complete with table, bar stools and handy access to the kitchen via a servery window. Pass the tongs, please! 

Reverse cycle air-conditioning provides year round comfort in the upstairs living areas, whilst in winter you can enjoy the cosiness of the wood fire while watching the winter storms rolling in across the sea. 
The layout of the home is as follows: the main living and dining area is located on the top floor, as well as the master bedroom with its ensuite bathroom and separate powder room. 

The three remaining bedrooms are located downstairs with a second living area and TV room, laundry and a shared bathroom (bath and shower), with separate powder room. 
All bedrooms feature ceiling fans and heaters for year-round comfort. 

The secure backyard is ideal for your dog and is easily accessible for retrieving your bikes and beach gear and washing off sand in the outdoor shower.

    Really enjoyed it. Very well set up with virtually all home details for family living having been thought of. Great location and outlook. Not a problem for us at all but be sure to check your driveway - we found a mushroom having pushed through and cracking the asphalt in front of the carport. Weird. Never seen anything like it. Maybe a tree tree root had caused the initial damage and then the mushroom spawned from the expose root. Hope it doesn't cause more issue for you - just thought we should let you know. Hope to stay here again. Cheers.
