MOST LOVED BY GUESTS FOR... the stunning ocean views from upstairs, the spacious and well-designed floorplan, and the fantastic outdoor areas for entertaining. Guests love the perfect location, as it’s so close to the beach and local attractions. The house is spotless and well-equipped, and visitors love bringing their dog which is safe in the fully enclosed yard.



YOUR COASTAL SANCTUARY:



• Spectacular Ocean Views: Enjoy breathtaking easterly ocean views from the upstairs living hub and two upper bedrooms, with the distant silhouette of Point Nepean visible. As a guest mentioned, the house floorplan was excellent. Each room had access to their own bathroom and were separated, giving privacy to each room. Worked well with 2 couples.

• Abundant Natural Light: The north-facing orientation ensures the home is bathed in natural light all day long, enhancing the warm timber tones and high ceilings. A guest noted, Great property - very comfortable. Great communication.

• Convenient Location: Situated in the popular Wombah Park Estate, Torquay, close to shops, public transport, parkland, and stunning beaches, with easy 1km access to Fisherman’s Beach. According to a visitor, Only a 5-minute drive or 15-minute walk to the beachfront.

• Upper-Level Living: Relax in the spacious upstairs living area with a gas log fire, split system heating-cooling, and ceiling fans. Enjoy the Smart TV with Netflix connectivity, or simply watch the ships pass by from the comfort of the lounge. A guest shared, Lovely home with lots of space to relax, very comfortable large bedrooms, separate bathrooms, and big kitchen and living area.

• Downstairs Retreat: The ground floor living area is perfect for teens or guests, featuring a leather lounge, free-to-air TV with DVD player, board games, and access to the rear garden. A guest said, Great place to stay, would recommend.

• Outdoor Entertaining: Entertain in the fantastic rear outdoor living area with a big deck, BBQ, and fenced backyard. The enclosed alfresco with cafe blinds offers all-seasons comfort. A guest commented, I felt right at home from the moment I walked in, it was clean and inviting. The beach view was nice and it was the perfect little getaway.

• Upper Queen Bedroom: Queen-size bed with ocean view, serviced by its own bathroom with walk-in shower, vanity, and toilet.

• Ground Floor Queen Bedroom: Queen-size bed with access to a bathroom featuring a spa bath, shower, and separate toilet. The guest shared, We had an amazing stay. The place was very clean with a great balcony to enjoy the view.

This house is located in a safe and friendly neighbourhood. Ideal for both the adventurous and those who want to kick back and relax.

All within the immediate area: surfing, windsurfing, kitesurfing, SUPing (Stand Up Paddle), diving, bike riding, running paths, skateboarding and golf or sitting back and if relaxing is more your thing then chose from many of the beautiful surrounding beaches, parklands, cafes, bars, restaurants, spas, shops or designer boutiques to spend your time.



There are great cafes, bars, the Torquay Hotel and many restaurants in town, plus boutiques, clothing, shoes, swimwear, books, homewares and much more.



Surf City Plaza is home to iconic surfing brands such as Quiksilver, Roxy and Rip Curl (all originated in Torquay). There are also many other iconic brands in the Plaza or across the road. Head around the corner to Baines Crescent and find a variety of factory outlets.

You will find everything you need in Torquay for a fabulous holiday!



Torquay has a beautiful coastline for walking, swimming and surfing. Enjoy the glorious walks along the Esplanade and beach front, especially the walk to Jan Juc village.



As well as Torquay’s famous surf beaches there are family-friendly beaches. During the summer season lifeguards patrol at various locations including Torquay Back Beach, Cosy Corner and Jan Juc Beach. Fisherman’s Beach is not patrolled but is a relatively safe beach with a wide shallow bar.



Getting Around:

-Our beach house is within easy walking/riding distance to parks, beaches and shops. On-street parking is available, plus the driveway – please note you will also have access to the double garage.

-Follow the pathways directly to The Esplanade to reach Fisherman’s Beach

-Buses to and from Torquay and Geelong (Number 50 or 51).

-Closest train station 15km away (Waurn Ponds station) for V/Line train Geelong-Melbourne.

-Torquay is 1 hour 30 mins by car from Melbourne.
