Stayed Oct 30, 2025We were there on a chilly weekend and there were no blankets in the entire house. We had to take spreads off other beds to put on our beds. I texted the contact lady and left message to please drop blankets off and never heard from anybody.The furniture needs updating. Chair and sofa cushions have seen their day. I would not recommend this house for older people.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Seaview was perfect for our vacation. It has a simple beach cottage feel with an ideal location. The beach access boardwalk essentially starts from the driveway and red bar is also an easy three minute walk. This is a great property for two couples or a smaller family.

House was clean as a whistle and perfectly located near the boardwalk to the beach. We also enjoyed the large, sunny deck (especially when the winds kicked up on the beach).

At other times it is more restful. The beach is still beautiful but you share it with hordes of families. And driving anywhere is a nightmare.

The booking experience is easy and the staff wonderful to work with. Grayton Coast Rental company is top notch, use them for multiple locations!
