Seaside Serenity: 3-Bedroom Cottage Steps from the Beach!

Host was very communicative. Super clean as advertised. Lots of utensils someplace yours at home. Would like to stay here in the future.

Fabulous getaway with the comforts of home! So close to the beach with beautiful views. We had a wonderful time and plan to be back.

We enjoyed our stay, it was just right for us, eventhough it was big enough for large groups it works well for couples too. Loved the updated kitchen and bathroom too.

Love this location, the property is always clean and well organized,and great parking. The communication with the host is prompt and accommodating. This was my 6th or 7th time renting this property and it never disappoints.

Our family always has a wonderful time at Dillion Beach. This home worked out well for the entire family.

Overall, this property was really solid. The parking situation was great. You could park two cars and if another person was coming for dinner they were able to park as well. The upstairs was very nice. The bathroom upstairs was great and very modern. The kitchen was in good shape and the living area upstairs was quite nice. There were two rooms downstairs, both of which were good. The bathroom situation downstairs included a half bath and a separate shower and a separate sink, all sort of located in the hallway. That was the way I think probably things had to be done. This was not ideal, but not really a problem for us. People worried about privacy showered upstairs or cleared out the downstairs. Overall, a really lovely place to stay. Internet was good. Directions were clear on how to do things in the house.

Visiting with family for milestone birthdays. The house was perfect for us with an amazing ocean view!!

Location was great 2 minutes from the general store and 3 or 4 minutes to the beach. Pots and pans are well used and the barbecues wheels were rusted out and one came off. Beds were great and the kitchen worked great.

Awesome little place right next to the beach. My family had a great time. Plenty of room. It looks like portions of the house were recently updated. Comfortable. Short walk to the beach. Would stay here again.

Overall a comfortable stay. Beds and linens were very nice. Good tv and sound bar, lovely remodeled kitchen and baths and cozy living room. They were very responsive to our needs. Such a lovely location deserves a better grill and perhaps a table...better cookware would also have been appreciated as would plastic wrap, foil, baggies etc. Am i being too picky?

This is a beautiful place to retreat either as a couple, or with friends or family in a quaint little neighborhood with an ocean view!

Good value for space and location. Great host! Just a note that to get to the 2nd bedroom (downstairs) you have to walk through the 2nd bathroom, which itself is kind of just along the hallway. It's an unusual setup, but worked well for us as we only had kids staying downstairs.

This was a great cottage with more than enough room for 4 adults. The location was in the perfect location for a quick walk to the beach and the local store. We would book this cottage again without hesitation!

This worked great for our family: one bedroom and bath upstairs with a nice kitchen and large gathering area, two bedrooms downstairs with a bathroom and laundry.
