Seaside Sanctuary - Waterfront Luxury Home with Heated Pool

Yes the house was lovely. We could not use the upstairs deck as there was no shelter from the hot sun. The same with the pool area needed some shade to watch the kids. The pool didn't look it had been cleaned, lots of leaves on the bottom of the pool. Also my husband had to clean the BBQ as was not clean as covered in a burnt on marinade. I have photo's if needed.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. The view is amazing, but the house unfortunately had to many bugs/ants. The kitchen was full of ants. We had two quilt covers with blood stains, the pool was unfortunately full of debris and it was meant to be serviced one day after we were there but it wasn’t, i wouldn’t book it again though.

Lovely, had a lovely weekend. Access was easy, friendly service from the team. OnlyDownside was the air con control pad can be a little weird to operate and didn’t want to work when we arrived. Had to get the maintenance team to assist but it was quick and they were helpful.

Lovely quiet location. Perfect set up for two young families. Highlight was waking up and watching the dolphins from the balcony. Seeing turtles on our morning stroll. Lovely home, modern internal styling.

Our stay at Seaside Sanctuary was truly delightful. The property is wonderfully equipped with everything you could need for a comfortable, home away from home experience. The décor is absolutely stunning, creating a beautiful and inviting atmosphere.The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the breathtaking ocean view, which provides a calming and serene outlook—ideal for relaxing and completely unwinding from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Whether you're looking to chill out or simply recharge, this is the perfect place to do so.Unfortunately, we encountered an issue with the pool maintenance during our stay. We contacted the Agent, who did their best to assist, but due to it being the weekend, there wasn’t much they could resolve. Despite this minor inconvenience, it did not detract from the overall experience, as everything else about the property was truly exceptional.We highly recommend Seaside Sanctuary for anyone seeking a peaceful and rejuvenating getaway. It's a property that offers both style and tranquility in equal measure.

It is a great location and the property has great facilities. The upstairs bedrooms have a weird layout because you have to go through bathroom to get to second bedroom. The pool, location and view were great. The floors didn’t seem to have been cleaned properly as our feet were black from walking barefoot. We felt that they had skimped on some of the consumables/ not enough toilet paper and salt cellar never had salt but overall was a good stay.

Perfect for our family getaway, suits all ages. Very well equiped house.

The place was perfect, the pool and the pool provided a lot of fun for us all, both were clean and well kept. We took 2 kayaks but the additional 2 provided kayaks (including life jackets) enabled us to further enjoy the bay. Noting there was also a paddle board but we did not use it. Communication with the property managers was excellent, and we appreciated being provided the entry code details a little earlier than 3pm as this is quite late for entry for a property of this price.For meals, we walked to the Cheeky Dog for dinner, an easy walk, great food and a trivia night (Tuesdays), and used the bbq and other cooking facilities on the other evenings. There are 2 large supermarkets around 7 minutes drive away, plus a local smaller supermarket, which meant sourcing supplies to be very easy.We also visit the nearby go karts and used the tennis courts at Soldiers Point (racquets and balls supplied although very old).Overall, I would recommend this as a great place to stay.

Gorgeous house in a perfect location. House clean and lovely. Quiet and peaceful with easy walks and amazing views. Pool temp not accurate which was the only issue. Really need that fixed
