Seaside Retreat: Waterfront Home with private heated pool & lush landscaping

Very clean and well equipped. The house is very spacious with wonderful verandas off the back with views of the water. Located in an ideal location near Publix. We really enjoyed our stay.

Everything was great except for upstairs a/c, couldn’t stay up. We will be back!! Mike

Every aspect of it was and nothing worked just as it should. The carpet smelled it was gross. All the cabinetry was tired. There was dirt in all the corners. The worst of it was there was an ant infestation in the guest bathroom and in the master shower there was little black larvae worms that would slither out of the drain because they never cleaned it. If you rent the house, make sure you get a really good deal and know what you're getting into because you will be grossed out. It's a big house has lots of potential but it just needs to be taken care of by someone who actually cares.

This house was amazing. The views of the water were stunning every night. We loved the pool. We loved the location. It is close to a Publix. It’s about a 15 minute ride up Duval St. it’s quiet and feels secluded. We had our girls trip here and would use this house again for its stunning views and comfortable sleeping!

The house was clean, perfect and the location was great for us too. Wish the water outside was deep enough to fish in (it’s about 1-2’ deep, but we all had a fantastic time.

Lovely place and location. Close to everything yet far enough away to feel quiet and alone. Pool was perfect and plenty of room in the house. Thanks for a great time.

Amenities were great. Hosts were very accommodating when asked to check in a little bit early. House was very clean and had everything we needed!

This house was absolutely perfect! We enjoyed staying here very much. Great views, amazing pool and comfortable beds all helped make this a fantastic property. Close enough to all the excitement, yet far enough away that relaxation was not a problem!

Reviewer Comments: We came to the home and unfortunately between the mold and water damage within the home we had to be moved to a different home. I would love to say it was better but it was not. When I advised of these problems I was informed they would sent someone over to wipe with bleach... THIS A BAD Idea. We stayed outside for the most part of our vacation due to the air quality within the home. I wish the management would take these issues more serious. The amount of these home and the lack of maintenance is truly sad. The homes need attention not just a wet rag.

The house was very clean, beds comfy and pool/bath towels provided. Overall we loved the house. However, you must bring everything you need including salt & pepper! (Paper towels, dish/hand soap and kitchen towels are provided). Several grocery stores at the end of the street. The mgmt company was very easy to deal with and responsive.

Beautiful house

Overall great house to rent with friends and family. The view from the balcony’s is amazing and ability to grill and relax by the pool was great. Check in/out and communication was great. House friends rented the house next to us and the hosts were responsive in addressing concerns. Only reason for a 4star are multiple small general maintenance/ supplies items I was unsatisfied with and expected in better condition for cost. 1- only exactly 8 towels for a house that holds 8 and had to use pool towels for everyday towels. 2- master bedroom layout needs to be changed, there are two vents that blow directly on your head and ultimately had to close the vents to be able to sleep at night. 3- middle bedroom screen slider didn’t work and couldn’t go outside 4- upstairs shower not draining and shower head plugged and spraying incorrectly 5- kitchen faucet button broken/couldn't use spray function. 6- kitchen cabinets were dirts with food all splattered across them.

The house was very spacious and lovely. Stayed there because my daughter was getting married in Key West and was it was perfect. Thanks for all the memories.

The home has lots of space for our 6 guests and doggie to gather in the living & dining room. The management company was extremely accomidating, was able to give us an early & late check in/out. They leave you garage remotes so you can pull your car in, nice feature that we didn’t expect. The back and side yard is completely fenced in, if you have a dog this is a great feature as well. The master jacuzzi tub is big enough for 2 people. There are 3 full bathrooms, all have a bathtub. The house is so spacious and everything was very clean upon arriving. We didn’t have any issues at all. Would rent here again for sure. Gorgeous home & pool.

We had an amazing time.

We enjoyed our stay and had plenty of space to sleep comfortably. The pool and grill got used daily, and the location was great!
