The cleanliness of the house is of utmost importance and everything is meticulously cleaned before arrival.

I live nearby, I welcome you personally and I am at your disposal if needed during your stay.

One of the (many ) assets of the house is its location at 200 meters from the main beach of Plougasnou: the large beach of Primel-Tregastel which is supervised in summer (beach labeled Blue Flag).

The house has been completely renovated in 2019.
All the equipment is carefully checked before arrival and the Wifi is quality.
My house is classified 3* (Office du Tourisme du Finistère - November 2019).
The garden is large and flowery and if the weather permits, you can have lunch and dinner outside and have barbecues.

The house is designed to accommodate 7 people including 5 adults maximum.

I accept animals (well behaved and supervised) with pleasure: only 1 animal per stay. The garden is enclosed but if your dog is both very smart and very small, you still need to be careful.

I provide linens at no extra charge (bed linens, towels, dish towels). Beds are made upon arrival. I can also provide an extra bed and a high chair for a baby at no charge. You just have to inform me the day before your arrival.

It is possible to park your car in the property (closed gate) and in the garage.

Cleaning products are available in the house but if you wish, I propose a service for the cleaning at the end of the stay at 80 euros (to be paid on the spot).

On arrival, I ask for a 700 euro deposit check which is returned at the end of the stay if everything is fine. If you do not have a checkbook, a transfer or cash are possible.

Autumn and winter: the house has a gas central heating system and a wood burning stove (wood available), the windows are new, so the house is very comfortable also during this cold period.

Note to smokers: please do not smoke in the house including the veranda.
