Surrounded by beautiful oak trees, this spacious five-bedroom, five-bathroom vacation home offers a serene and private retreat, all while being just a short 5–10 minute walk to convenient beach access.
Designed with both relaxation and functionality in mind, Seaside Oaks features two inviting living room spaces both on the same floor—ideal for spreadingout, entertaining, or accommodating multiple families traveling together. The home includes five well-appointed bedrooms, two of which offer private ensuite bathrooms, providing added comfort and privacy for guests.
The fully equipped kitchen and wet bar make it easy to prepare meals, mix drinks, and gather with loved ones after a day in the sun. Step outside to enjoy the coastal breeze from the outdoor seating area, perfect for morning coffee or evening conversations under the oaks. After a day at the beach, rinse off in the convenient outdoor shower before heading inside to unwind.
Seaside Oaks is also pet-friendly, so your four-legged family members are welcome to join in on the fun. Whether you're planning a family vacation, a group retreat, or a relaxing escape, this home offers everything you need for a memorable stay.

WHAT IS PROVIDED:
Spectrum Rental Properties will provide sheets and bath towels. Beach towels and equipment is not provided. If you would like information on beach equipment rentals, we are more than happy to provide you with a list. Properties will be provided with a starter kit in each full bathroom and kitchen. Each kitchen starter kit will contain a small bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, sponge, and two fragrance free laundry pods. The kitchen will also have one extra trash bag
Each bathroom starter kit will contain a travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup wipe, and body bar.
Spectrum Rental Properties is unfortunately not able to provide additional boxes/bags. This is a starter kit; anything additional will be guests responsibility to provide.


PET POLICY:
Dogs are allowed with a $200 + tax nonrefundable pet fee per dog, with a 2 dog maximum.
Airbnb guests: This fee should be included in your final price. Please notify Spectrum Properties once your booking has been confirmed to make sure the pet fee(s) have been added.
VRBO guests: Guests can only add one dog to the reservation. If you are planning to bring more than one dog, please notify Spectrum Properties to add the additional pet fee(s).
Failure to let us know about your pet(s) could result in a $700 fine.
