Stayed Feb 12, 2026Host were very professional and accommodating! Property was beautiful with interesting architecture. Located a block from the beach and maybe 3 blocks from the town square! All instructions were well laid out and easy to follow. We plan on returning soon!

Stayed Mar 18, 2025We had a wonderful time in Seaside and at this property. The house is huge and there is plenty of space for everyone to retreat to if they need private time. Everything was correct in the listing, and the address was in the most perfect spot easily accessible to the beach and shopping as well as a short drive to the grocery store. We even had an issue with one of the bikes and called the bike place to help. They were on it within a couple of hours and fixed it for us with no issues. I would stay here again and I would recommend this property to anyone who has a large group.

Stayed Mar 28, 2023this was a sweet house with a nice kitchen and great location! the only thing that was an issue was one of the walls in the downstairs main bedroom was only a half wall...and the downstairs is where all of the kitchen, t.v., and entertaining action is. it was pretty loud and hard to sleep if you wanted to go to bed early or sleep-in in the morning. other than that, we loved our stay!

Stayed Sep 17, 2022We had our first family vacation here. Yes, the house is old, but it's a great house. The reviews here made me nervous, but we had a blast. There were a few small things that need addressing. A few light switches were confusing and the toilets were kind of small (my oldest is potty training and her potty seat wouldn't fit on them). The location was fantastic. We may use this property again in the future. There have been updates and renovations were it's important, so I hope that work continues

Stayed Jul 23, 2022Great location and exterior appearance. Less than 100 steps to an incredible pool and very short walk to the beach which is not very crowded. Interior of house in my opinion is in dire need of renovation--bathrooms are tiny and dated; bedrooms are either choppy or tiny depending on room; and kitchen floor is not level and sags.

Stayed Mar 27, 2022Cannot begin to explain how incredible our stay was. Marisol felt like a little tree house tucked in the beach. Everything about the house worked perfectly for my family of five and an additional family of four. I think we’ve found our “forever” vacation rental spot.
