A 48 range offers 6 burners and a griddle. A 24 refrigerator and 24 freezer provide ample space for all of your groceries. Rounding out the kitchen are an under counter beverage fridge as well as a crushed ice maker to enjoy your beverages.

Ascending from the third floor, a spiral staircase takes you to the spacious and beautiful roof deck. Thoughtfully designed for ultimate utility, the roof deck features a beverage fridge as well as a dining area under the roof to shield you from the sun. For those looking for tanning opportunities in private, you can enjoy the three loungers to take in some sun on the roof deck. Take some time to take in the sweeping views across all of Seaside as well as water views out to the Gulf of Mexico. Please note that while there is a fire pit and a grill on the roof deck, neither of those are useable for guests due to safety concerns and fire hazards.
