More cramped space than anticipated. Toilet took forever to fill. Space for only one suitcase to be open. TVs very tiny. No place to sit in bedroom besides on bed. If ok with above, then a good place.

We loved our stay. It was so convenient to the beach and shops. The check in process was super easy too. I would definitely stay here again!

Unfortunately, our stay at this rental was disappointing. The key was extremely difficult to use- we had to struggle for several minutes each time just to get it out of the lock. There was visible mold by the air vents, and the air conditioning did not circulate properly (very hot upstairs while freezing downstairs).The overall condition of the home felt dingy. Every single towel had stains, and when we asked about replacements, we were told it would come with an extra fee. It was only after I mentioned leaving a review that they finally agreed to bring fresh towels. We also noticed stains on the mattress, a dresser drawer that didn’t work, and a flickering lamp bulb in the living room. This property has potential, but it is in need of significant cleaning, maintenance, and more responsive guest service. Until these issues are fixed, I would not recommend it.

5 stars – Perfect Seaside Getaway!Following Seas was absolutely perfect! It was spotless, beautifully maintained, and in an unbeatable location—just steps from everything Seaside has to offer. It was the perfect size for my husband and me. We had zero complaints during our stay. Everything was exactly as described (if not better). We truly felt at home and can’t wait to book again. Highly recommend!

My husband and I stayed here for a couple of days. It’s adorable and in a great part of town. Walkable to everything. Highly recommend

The location of the property is outstanding! We had a wonderful visit but were disappointed with the mattress and pillows. The kitchen also needs to be updated with new appliances. Overall, we give it 8/10.

The little cottage was awesome in regards to location to downtown Seaside and the beach. We are definitely coming back next year. It didn't affect us but there is a spiral staircase that may make it challenging for some.

We loved our cottage. It is for 2 people only so it is small however, very nice, clean and comfortable. A few minute walk to Seaside Center. Best location to get to restaurants, market, shopping and amazing views within minutes. We will be back!!!

This is a wonderful property to experience. Just minutes walk from the hub of Seaside and gorgeous beaches. Great location for two! I would defniitely recommend to anyone. What a gem!
