Every Hour follows these guest cottage guidelines allowing for a kitchen with full-size fridge, oven, stove-top, toaster oven, and coffee maker. Please note there is no dishwasher. The living room boasts a 47-inch flat screen TV, love seat, and bar stools to eat in the kitchen. French doors open this living space up onto your private veranda with additional table and chairs for dining Al Fresco!
A spiral staircase takes you up to the QUEEN master retreat with private bath (shower only). There is an additional flat screen TV in the bedroom and additional french doors that take you out to a private balcony. Please note that the bathroom is on the smaller side for those over 6ft tall, but Every Hour offers an outdoor shower as well that allows you to live like a true 30A local and shower outside!

'Every Hour' is a charming one-bedroom guest cottage to parent cottage, 'It's Happy Hour'. And as you can tell from the cottage names, every hour is a happy one when you stay here! Located on Forest Street and to the left of the Seaside Chapel, 'Every Hour' is just a couple short blocks from the beach and an even shorter walk to Seaside's bustling town square. Guest cottages along 30A are a great way for couples to get to experience iconic beach towns like Seaside, without breaking the bank. These cottages are intentionally appointed with smaller kitchens, living spaces, and bathrooms but allow a place to rest your head after a fun-filled day at the beach, or enjoy a cocktail on your veranda before heading out to a delicious 30A meal. And the best part is all of these things are walkable or bike-able from your adorable little bungalow! There is also a private grill and additional outdoor seating off the front of the cottage. Every Hour tends to be a quieter spot to stay due to the fact that it is beside the Seaside Chapel. You are also centrally located between the 3 Seaside Pools, tennis courts, croquet lawn, playground and basketball court. All is just a short walk from your cottage!
