Superbly located on Kingscliff’s beachside street Cylinders Drive, you will be in the heart of the coastal enclave known as ‘Seaside Village’. Just metres away is a small hub of shops with cafes, pizzeria and boutique shops. Not to mention Kingscliff’s famous beach is straight across the road! You can spend your days swimming, surfing or simply soaking up the rays as you read a good book. <br>
The villa is designed as the perfect base for a group of adults to explore the ever-popular Tweed Coast. You are halfway between the coastal towns of Casuarina and Salt Village, both of which are an easy walk and offer everything you need for your beach holiday, including supermarkets, butcher, chemist, bottleshop, and an array of fashion stores and beauty salons.  Plus -  there is no need to go anywhere else for a night out or a meal with friends, with award-winning restaurants, cafes and bars at your fingertips. If you do need to travel further afield, buses run along Casuarina Way, which is just a short walk from the villa. 

This elegant villa sleeps six people across three bedrooms, all of which are air-conditioned for year-round comfort and have their own smart TV. All bedrooms are located upstairs, along with two bathrooms (one bathroom is an ensuite off the master bedroom). 

The ground level features an open plan kitchen, dining and living area, complete with modern, coastal decor. The perfect space to gather together and share a meal and laughter. There's also a laundry, powder room and double garage (complete with full-sized ping pong table). Outside is a lovely BBQ area with large outdoor table, where you can enjoy a meal in the ocean breezes, so close you can smell the sea salt.

Please be aware the property is located in a quiet residential neighbourhood with neighbours close by. Parties and excessive noise are not allowed and quiet time is from 10pm. All guests must adhere to the NSW Government Code of Conduct for short term holiday rentals. Failure to do so may result in penalties, including being asked to vacate the property with no refund.
