Seaside Chic - Near Beach; Spa; Game Room; Rooftop

Great location and very responsive host

We had a very comfortable stay at this property. We had from 10 years old to 90 years old in our group and everyone was quite comfortable. The jacuzzi was great. The owner's communication was spot on. The white noise machines in bedrooms were a wonderful touch! Looking forward to staying at the same place for our next family reunion!

Seaside Chic is an absolutely wonderful rental property! It is a three-story house. First floor has a large bedroom with a king size bed. Large open kitchen with the dining area and family room area, which opens up onto a patio with gas fireplace and seating. From the patio you can easily access the garage. Small bathroom downstairs.. Upstairs there are three bedrooms, the primary bedroom has king bed, walk in closet and beautiful huge bathroom. 2nd bedroom has a king bed, and third bedroom has two queen size beds. There is another bathroom at the end of the hall, which can be shared. Then up the stairs again you find this fun little game area with a foosball table and a game console on the wall. (Lots of fun for older kids and adults) This room has a sofa and sink area as well. And a small bathroom area with shower. It opens up onto an outdoor balcony that looks over the community. There is a gas fireplace out there and comfortable seating. The kitchen has everything one would need. The house was really nice and clean. All bedding and furniture was clean. The floors were nice and clean. We felt very comfortable there with our group. We had a family reunion and there was plenty of room for everyone. The location is fantastic. It's about a six minute walk to go out to the bay from the house. It's a nice quiet community. Or, you can walk out to the ocean in about 12 minutes. There are grocery stores nearby that you can walk to and lots of great restaurants. It's really just absolutely fantastic! The Management company and owner were easily available by text. The communication was outstanding. A truly wonderful experience! We would happily return and can confidently recommend…

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. The location is terrific for walking to beaches, shopping and food. The home was clean and well cared for. The jacuzzi was an excellent treat as was the EV charger and use of the garage. The owners were responsive. I'd absolutely stay here again.

Easy check in and out process. Kitchen had all you would need and was in great condition.

Very nice property with great location. We were able to walk to all our events during a wedding weekend. Property manager was very responsive to any questions or requests. Small glitch with a door being locked at check in but our contact solved this very quickly. We would definitely stay here again!

Second year in a row at Sea Side Chic. Place is perfect for our young family to get to the bay or the beach and enjoy some sun!

We had a great stay in the home. We loved the game room, hot tub, living room etc. the kitchen was well equipped and big table to share meals. Location quite residential but close enough to walk to beach and restaurants. I would stay again

Updated house very close to Mission Bay and only a few blocks from Pacific Beach. Excellent hot tub, indoor and outdoor fireplaces, nice master bedroom and other nice features. We celebrated Thanksgiving here and very much enjoyed it.

This house was perfect for our family gathering to visit our son at UCSD. The location was perfect. Short walk to both Mission Bay and the Pacific Ocean and a short drive to the UCSD campus. The house is very clean. The beds are super comfortable. We loved hanging out on the roof top deck and soaking in the warm San Diego sunshine. The kitchen is well stocked with supplies for cooking. The grill works great. Was so nice to have a garage and an EV charger that we used for our plug in hybrid rental car. The Ms Pac Man game was fun and brought back memories of our teen years in the 80's. We wish we could have stayed longer.

I came down to to San Diego with 7 friends for a wedding at Paradise Point. This location served us perfectly for our stay. We could walk to the beach, restaurants, and bars, and were an inexperienced 5-10 minute Uber drive to everywhere we needed to go. The house is itself is beautiful and was a perfect fit for our group. Would definitely stay here again and will advise future groups to stay here. Thanks for an awesome time!

Could not speak higher of this rental property! Went for a girls trip and everyone was extremely happy with this pick! The house was super comfortable, slept everyone, decorated so adorably and in a great location. We walked to the beach and bars and were a quick uber away from the other things on our weekend plan. We loved the rooftop and patio downstairs with the hot tub. The host was so responsive and helped us with special accommodations due to the early and late flight times! Thanks again - we will be back (:

We had a wonderful stay at the beach house. It fit everyone comfortably and it was great to have a garage for the car. The rooftop deck was so nice after the sun went down to relax on. Any issue we had was attended to immediately. Great location, would book again!
