The hosts were super friendly and really tried to make our stay as nice as possible! The house and pool itself were even better than on the pictures. We absolutely had a blast here and would definitely recommend!

Our stay in Ramona and Raul's house was extremely pleasant and wonderful. The hosts are extremely accommodating and helpful. Friendliness is not a foreign word in Croatia, but what was shown here was simply outstanding and unique. If you're looking for a peaceful, quiet and clean place with a beautiful garden, and pool area you'll get your money's worth here. First of all it was a very nice holiday. The hosts warmly welcomed us and the house and the big garden was even better than assumed in advance by the pictures on the internet. The rooms were very clean and comfortably furnished. Our childs fell in love with the well maintained and beautiful pool. It was hard to get them out of it again =). The Landscape of Istria is a fine mixture of Mountains, great woods and plains and of course the sea. Rabac is a beautiful Harbour-City and the nearest point to get to a beach and you can reach it in about 10 minutes by car. In Labin you will find all kinds of shopping opportunities (appr. 8mins by car). So the property has a good location. If you need help with something, the hosts will always help you out, even if you are just looking for a nice conversation. They also have some animals and they showed them to us wich was really cool, especially for my little daughter. In short: a clear 5 out of 5.

The house is exactly as good as presented and the hosts are super nice and helpfull people. The house is super clean, well equiped und provided the wanted peaceful sorrounding. Romina and Raul are helpfull and can provide eggs and vine - super delicious! The Pool was super clean - every morning! Bbq is a highlight, view is super, parking space perfect. The stay was all in all a benchmark for future holidays! Thanks to our hosts - great Deal!

We had a lovely stay and we were made to feel very welcome. The pool is fantastic as are the views. We stayed in August so wasps were a bit of a pest but that’s nothing the hosts could do anything about. Overall we had a fantastic stay and would recommend it.

Very nice hosts, great pool, very clean appartment, quiet and beautiful garden. We had a great stay.

The owners Raoul and Romina are very nice people and were very supportive to our questions. The place itself is perfect. A beautiful house, with a nice swimming pool and big garden. Our two daughters of 4 and 5 loved to play with the animals (cat and chickens) and the swing in the garden. And the chickens did not wake us ?. Most special of this place is the wonderful view over the huge forest and mountains and it is situated at a very quiet road. The old and beautiful town of old Labin is just within 10 minutes drive by car. Raoul and Romina thank you for a perfect holiday!
