A family home nestled in West St. Augustine. Enjoy the convenience of nearby restaurants, shopping plazas, and beaches, all within 5-15 mins away. Fully furnished, this home offers a spacious layout with a large yard and an enclosed patio (pls note no smoking permitted).
Entertain yourself with a 55-inch TV in the living room, equipped with Roku channels and login to apps. Find joy in fully equipped kitchen to cook for a large family. Long term stays are warmly welcomed in this inviting space. Below are some simple rules and tips:

1. No smoking is allowed in the enclosed patio as it has a roof that can trap odors. Guests may be fined for extensive cleaning to remove cigarette odors. Smoking is permitted outdoors in open air areas, such as the backyard patio, where there is no roof to trap smoke.

2. Exterior surveillance and audio recording devices located at exterior entrance and in the backyard. Reserving your stay confirms consent. Please do not obstruct the devices in any way. There are no surveillance/recording devices in the home. These devices are in place to ensure your safety and security during your stay.

3. Home is child friendly, but not childproof. They must be accompanied with an adult.

4.Pets are welcome with a one-time fee of $99. For more than two pets, an additional fee of $50 per pet applies. (Will send request fee for extra) Unfortunately, cats are not allowed. This fee helps cover the extra time needed for thorough cleaning to ensure the highest level of cleanliness for the next guests.

Please notify us in advance if you’re bringing pets and ensure they remain off furnitures and bedding, please. Add pet(s) to the guest listing prior to book the reservation.

5. Missing or damaged items will incur replacement or repair costs, which will be charged to the guest.

6. Please be mindful of noise levels, especially during quiet hours between 10 PM - 8 AM, to respect our neighbors.

7. Please secure all trash in sealed bags before disposing of it in the designated bins. Avoid throwing open food or loose items into the trash to prevent spills or odors. Thank you for helping us maintain a clean and welcoming environment!

8. Please do not rearrange furniture or remove any items from the property.

9. Check in time is 4pm, and check out is by 10am. Please respect these times to allow for cleaning and preparation for the next guest.

10. Help us conserve energy by turning off lights, fans, and appliances when not in use. Please ensure all doors and windows are closed while the heating or air conditioning is running to maintain efficiency. Additionally, please leave the AC system set to 'Auto' to ensure it operates efficiently.

11. A minimum cleaning fee of $100 will be charged for excessive cleaning required after your stay.

    Our family spent the new years at Seashells house, and we were able to bring our dogs. We enjoy the weather, cooking out in the backyard (we brought our small grill) and sitting by the fire pit. The house is spacious and yes, very clean, and well stocked. The only thing we didn’t find was kitchen scissors ;) Additionally the house is very close to all the attractions in the area. There is a Publix nearby to get groceries, other markets would not have what you need.The communication with Gabriel was good and on target.We will definitely recommend this property.

    The property was clean and comfortable with easy access to historic downtown. I travelled with my service dog and he was very comfortable in the yard. Gabriel was welcoming and easy tocommunicate with. We had everything we needed during our short stay. Checkout was super easy without a long list of chores for us to do. Definitely recommend.

    Area had a lot of construction going on -- some noise in the morning. Looks like the area is being revitalized. It would not be considered the best part of town, but we had no problem. House was claen and well stocked -- overall a good stay -- we would use again

    As long as you don't mind the occasional train passing by this is a nice quiet location. It's just far enough away from everything to get a good nights sleep but close enough to not have to waste gas to access the city and beaches. Will book again here for sure!
