DESCRIPTION
Seascape Beach House is a charming and nicely updated bungalow in South Mission Beach. It's just steps to the boardwalk and beach and a 3-minute walk to Mission Bay. This home has been lovingly maintained and is ready for families to experience the best of beach living!

Features include a gated yard, slate patio with a gas BBQ and outdoor dining set, an oversized 2-car garage, large family suite, close to markets and restaurants and within walking distance to Belmont Park. The family suite envelopes the 2nd floor and features a 10′ x 9′ walk-in closet that has been converted into a sleeping room, perfect for kids.

Note that Bedroom 4 is a pass-through room to the garage and 2nd level and the downstairs living area isn't that large if you are coming with a larger group.

Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a fireplace and jetted tub in the bedroom suite, box fans, ready-made beds, one towel set and beach towel per guest, and a starter kit of soaps and paper goods.
