Loved this adorable cottage. Perfect for our anniversary getaway! Beach was perfect!

Absolutely the best beach front house I've ever had for this price range! Clean, updated, well stocked and great location . In late April the weather was perfect and the beach was not crowded at all.Then everything you would need or want is only a few minutes away.

Fantastic property. We brought our 2 dogs. They had a lovely gift basket for both us and our doggies. You couldn’t beat the location. Only 10 minute drive to St Augustine and there’s a fantastic Publix just a couple miles away. The house was very clean and nicely decorated and extremely well stocked. We had everything we needed to cook and for the beach. we didn’t use the downstairs portion but it has a kitchenette and large bathroom, bedroom and living space. Great if you’re sharing the rental with family or friends.

Great view. Amazing deck with plenty of room and close to Vilano Beach restaurants. Also close to downtown St Augustine.

All the small touches, the books and the well stocked kitchen must for a lovely 3 night getaway for my daughter and myself. And the view could not be better. Panaramic ocean view never got old. I can highly recommend this property to others for all the seasons.

Fantastic house. Even better if than the photos/amenities list. Beautiful view. Well appointed kitchen, everything you need to for a great week. Just a stunning place. Best suited for all adults, which our group was. Also the shed was loaded with beach supplies from Chairs to toys, umbrellas and more. Really great and we plan to stay again!

This was the cutest, most adorable place I have stayed!! This house had almost everything we could possibly need for our stay. The house is beautiful, the deck overlooking the ocean was amazing, and I would recommend this house ! Very, very pleased with my stay!

Such a beautiful home! Sitting on the deck is almost like sitting on the beach. It is so close to the water! Everything was perfect. We enjoyed laying on the beach, happy hour on the deck, and it is 2 minutes away from great restaurants on Vilano. I would love to come back with some girl friends!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. The view from the porch was gorgeous each morning looking out on the ocean. The beach was very quiet and seemed secluded. The house was well stocked, beautifully updated and well maintained. We will come back!

The house was very clean, warm and inviting. The amenities were excellent. Access to the beach was wonderful. Overall, a great stay.

We were very impressed with the thoughtful layout of this home and loved the 4 outdoor seating areas-2 beachfront and 2 street side. We had a couple of very breezy, chilly days and spent most of those relaxing on the streetside balcony and lower patio. The beachfront upper deck has a covered area which we loved for breaks from the sun and enjoying most of our meals. The grill made our week as we enjoy preparing our own food and the kitchen!!! All I can say is that the kitchen was absolutely perfect! Everything we needed and much more! The million-dollar view, the beautiful beach, everything we needed for our week away far exceeded anything we could have imagined. We appreciated the thoughtful touches, and minimal/tasteful decor. We are already planning our return. Thank you for your attention to detail!

This beach home was absolutely perfect for our family get away. Amazing views with walk out access to the beach and close proximity to downtown St Augustine! The property fit the description perfectly, was impeccably clean, with lots of extra little things that made the home very cozy and enjoyable for the family. Would 100% recommend this property.
