This location is only one block to the beach, and one block from the center of town. Features a community in-ground heated swimming pool and tennis courts. Entertain the whole family in the 2 story home complete with new hardwood flooring throughout, spacious and well-equipped kitchen, dining area with seating for 10, and living room on the first floor. Find plenty of room for the whole family on a rainy day in the additional family room complete with a large flat screen TV. Also located on the first floor is one bedroom with a queen bed, hallway bath, and laundry room. Guests can stay upstairs in one of the three additional bedrooms and 2 full baths. Enjoy long nights outside on the back deck overlooking a beautiful rose and tomato garden within the fenced-in yard. The home is complete with an outdoor shower, off street parking for one car, and a storage shed. Linen/towel service and cleaning are provided. ***May/June Rentals are all Friday to Friday.
