- Seasalt House is not pet friendly and strictly no parties, events or smoking.
- Guests have access to the entire house.
- The upstairs living area is only accessible via stairs and may not suit guests with mobility issues.
- Like all Bawley Point homes, the property runs on tank water and a septic system. Please be mindful of usage and avoid flushing anything other than toilet paper.
- The rumpus room has a daybed which may be set up for a 9th guest on request. This bed is best suited to a child or smaller adult rather than a tall guest.
