We are located in 7 Palms, a 7-unit townhome complex nestled within the single-family homes along Pelican Circle, a private development south of 30A along the Gulf of Mexico, Camp Creek coastal dune lake and next to Watersound. Stayed Jul 20, 2025This house was perfect for our family vacation. If you love the 30A area, but not the crowds, then this is the place to be. The quiet of the gated neighborhood along with small crowds on the beach made this stay incredibly enjoyable. We could take the very short walk to the beach any time of the day and not have any trouble finding open beach to set up on. The back porch overlooking the shared courtyard was a great place to sit back and relax when not on the beach. The house was very clean came equipped with everything needed for our stay. We will definitely be looking to stay here again for another 30A vacation!

Stayed Jul 20, 2024Linda and Mike, Thank you for a great vacation home. It was our first visit to Seacrest Beach and we had a great time. Your Townhouse was very nice and clean. We really appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella. Your kitchen was very well appointed. Walk to the beach very easy.

Stayed Jul 7, 2024We loved the condo & closeness to the beach. Tucked away in a neighborhood with all the amenities you need and more. Plenty of beach chairs, towells, umbrellas & coolers for a day at the beach. We cooked in, used the charcoal grill one night & ate out. We didn't have any issues & our 1 request was taken care of. Thanks for sharing your condo, we hope to come back soon!

Stayed Jul 22, 2023Condo is just off the beach. Very easy to get to the beach. Best part is the beach is not crowded. Was able to put chairs and umbrella up at 11:00 a.m. . Highly recommend.
