Seanutt: 5 BR, 5.5 BA House in Crystal Beach, Sleeps 22

We loved the location and easy access to the beach. The outside shower was perfect for getting the sand off the kids before they came into the house. We had a group of 21 and the 5 bedrooms were perfect with each bedroom having its own bathroom. The house seems to be well insulated as we were able to keep the rooms cool and could not hear others through the walls. It was the perfect house rental for us.

this was one of the most disappointing vacation me and my family had from the get go there was one thing after another wrong , we had to wait till 7:30 at night to get sheets and towels, most of my family had to go buy towels, the shower rod was not hanging right then in another shower the shower head was broken, then the grill was dirty, refrigerator was nasty, then our last night we finally had tv in the roomsbecause tv wasn't working either...i had 7 kids there tv was a need...then my granddaughter got cut because of broken glass that was on ground when we arrived by the steps and she stepped on it ..this was not a very relaxing weekend at all and this is the first time that we had a bad experience in a rental.

Our second year for our annual family beach trip. Perfect size for our group of 18. Comfortable beds, lots of space for gatherings, lots of parking space and short distance to beach. Love the 12am check in. Wish check out was later. We have 3 trucks with trailers and 2-3 cars. Love the convenience of the bridge over the sand dunes one street behind. Cabin needs a few upgrades. TV in front LR does not work. K-cup part of coffee maker does not heat up. Outdoor tall chairs need to be removed. Not sturdy, sway from side to side. Hoping these things are updated before our next years stay because this cabin really fits our fam.

We had a great stay, the home was great and the host was easy to deal with. Only opportunity was with the check-in as other properties we have stayed with did not require a trip to an office we recieved instruction and a code to access the property making it very convenient.

Two family rooms, a large table, a giant fridge, great outdoor space, and a bathroom for each of the 5 bedrooms PLUS a half bath an outdoor shower. There are 5 bedrooms, 3 of them with 2 Queens, and 2 with 1 King. We brought a queen sized air mattress to use in the double-sized primary bedroom; 2 would have fit-and the primary bedroom also has two full attached baths! All of the appliances we used worked. The house was very homey. The location is great. It's a walk to the beach that would be a lot more enjoyable had we rented a golf cart. The beach itself was decent as well. Do bring some allergy meds though as the AC ducts need a change out- This company was accommodating and professional. I am glad we rented this house from them.

Fit well for our family of 18. Plenty of BR’s and BR’s for us all. Younger kids had a room to themselves with beds, tv and plenty of games. Lots of coffee and coffee condiments. Plenty of parking for our 3 trucks with trailers and the additional cars. Convenient beach access one street over. Only negative I have is wooden patio furniture is no longer stable and should be removed before someone gets hurt.
