Stayed Nov 22, 2025We stay at this house every year and we love it! The layout is perfect for multiple families. The neighborhood is quiet and it's close enough we can walk or ride bikes to the beach. We rarely need anything, but if we do, the management company is always very responsive.

Stayed May 23, 2025We wanted a quiet, relaxing spot during one of the busiest weeks of the year. We got that. Loved the private pool which was exactly what we hoped it would be. The kitchen was well-appointed and the furnishings were very nice. We had small items that needed attention and they were responded to immediately.

Stayed May 16, 2025Excellent property in 30A. Super equipped and beautiful. Would definitely stay here again. My only suggestion would be to change out the sheer curtains in both bedrooms for a little more privacy.

Stayed Jun 15, 2024We loved this property. It was modern and clean. The pool area is great, aside from the rock that lines the edge of the pool. Beware, it gets MAJORLY hot. The master was nice with a separate closet pass through to the bathroom. You can access the deck from the master and another bedroom. Would recommend washing curtains and adding something with a little more privacy. If someone is sitting on the deck, they could see straight into either bedroom. The location is central to lots of things. Beach access is tricky in June and the entire area was extremely crowded in mid-June. All in all, we enjoyed the property, just not the area.

Stayed Nov 18, 2023This was our 4th stay at Seahorse Sunsets. We love this property. It's the perfect size for our group. The pool area is always warm, even in November. The management team is easy to reach by text and very responsive. Highly recommend.
