BOOKING DATES...
This home is only available as a monthly rental (28 night minimum). We prefer to book by the calendar month (first day of the month to the last). We may consider alternate dates if the calendar allows or if the owner will make an exception.

Enjoy our concierge service to assist you with planning activities for your trip, from bike/scooter/golf cart rentals to any excursion you can think of including snorkeling and sunset cruises, jet ski rentals, parasailing, kayaking, fishing, paddle boarding and much more. They can also have your fridge stocked with all the necessities in advance of your arrival!

CANCELLATION...
Bookings canceled at least 90 days before the start of stay will receive a 100% refund.

Cancellations inside of 90 days may receive a refund if we are able to re-rent any or all of the dates of the stay. The refund amount is dependent upon the rate of the new reservation. For multi-month reservations for January through March, a refund will only be offered in the event we are able to re-rent. The refund amount is dependent upon the rate of the new reservation(s).

    Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Big thanks to the Truman Company crew-anytime anything needed attention in the residence, they were right there. First-Rate Service levels. Let's start with the site. The location of this home has a lot of benefits that may not be readily apparent. First, it is on a Lane, which is one way. Vehicular traffic is almost non-existant, and since it isn't on a main walking street, it is very quiet in the evenings. If you are on a bike, this street is located between two one way thoroughfares, both with bike lanes, so you can take a right and take Southard all the way past Duval to Truman State Park, or reverse direction on Fleming to head back. Biking south on White can be crowded with cars, but there are numerous, less travelled roads. It's a little exciting to bike up Route 1 to Publix/Winn-Dixie, so I'd recommend walking there and to take an Uber back. As for the physical nature of the property, the abundance of flora in the back yard, while beautiful, can be a bit of a problem as what starts as jetsam becomes flotsam in the pool. You'll want to skim it several times a day between the scheduled pool cleanings, which are professionally done. There are a couple of deferred maintenance items; worn floorboards in the outdoor (and best) shower, the gas grill could use a refurbishing, but largely, it's a beautiful, well-equipped home, especially if you like to stay in for dinners from time to time. The kitchen also features a dual-temp cuvinette, which we filled (and emptied) during our month long stay. All the glassware and dining settings were ample. Also-and very thoughtful, are the many food storage containers on hand-a nice little touch for storing something for later on. All our family guests thoroughly enjoyed all that this property has to offer.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our stay in Seahorse Cove. The house is beautiful and the backyard seating area and pool is wonderful. Tastefully decorated with comfortable beds and a well appointed kitchen, we felt at home in this lovely house. Curry Lane is a well-located street, quiet and close to all the action in Key West. Our manager Shana was helpful and responsive to any issues or questions that we encountered. We highly recommend this home.
