Families will appreciate the inclusion of children’s crockery, cutlery, and cups, making mealtimes a breeze. Overlooking the dining and living zones, the kitchen’s open layout keeps everyone connected during meal prep.



Upstairs, the master suite features a Queen bed, walk-in robe, desk, ensuite, and calming treetop outlooks — your own private retreat. There are two additional Queen bedrooms and two children’s rooms with bunk beds (double base, single top). The family bathroom offers a freestanding egg bath, walk-in shower, and separate toilet, while the downstairs Queen bedroom also has an ensuite. All bed linen and bath towels are provided (BYO beach towels).



Outside, the private alfresco area is ideal for BBQs and outdoor dining — a relaxing spot to unwind in the coastal breeze. The fully fenced backyard with synthetic turf is safe and carefree for kids to play, and one well-behaved pet is welcome by request at the time of booking (subject to house rules). Guest Access:

Guests have access to the whole house, but no access to the locked garage - guests can enjoy ample off street parking.

The air conditioner must be turned of by 9pm as request by the owner for environmental reasons



The Neighborhood:

Our beach house is within easy walking/riding distance to parks and a short 1.4km drive to The Dunes Shopping Village shops (supermarket, bakery, pizza shop, bottle shop, wine bar and more... The Flying Fox park on the beachfront is nearby. On and off-street parking available, double gates allow jetski or small boat parking in the backyard.
