Seahaven Escape - 100m beach

It was a lovely homely beach house with a fantastic deck with views of the ocean. Top marks for a well equipped kitchen and location near the beach. I would have liked a bathroom upstairs near the bedroom, but we got used to it. Would highly recommend.

Great house, very close to the beach and everything we needed, with an amazing selection of toys and activities. Host was super helpful and accomodating, allowing me to change my dates due to a funeral and not charging me extra to do it. Karen also gave us early check in and late check out. We would love to stay in the future.

Great communication from host and great location.I am surprised by the great reviews for cleanliness and maybe we arrived on a bad day, but ...Cleanliness could be improved overall, e.g. oven was dirty inside, kitchen cupboards needed a good clean and dead flies on bedroom carpet needed a good vacuum. Also a dead rat was rotting in the backyard which was not a welcoming site.We understand it is a holiday let, but please replace the chipped and cracked crockery as it only takes a hot cup of tea for the cup to break and spill everywhere.This could be a great stay with a few improvements in cleanliness.

Fantastic hostess, very considerate and kind to allow early check in and late check out when possible. The balcony is the best, we’ve had wonderful time having our family BBQ in style.

The host was very responsive and helpful. She provided so much help above and beyond. The space was great, more than enough for our purpose. Great location, great price.

Yes kitchen was great and balcony view was good. Bathroom was good. BBQ was dirty we did not use..quite disappointing!Wardrobes and drawers full of hosts clothing. In order to hang our clothes we needed to remove the host clothing and lay these on the couch. Was also annoying that the host had their boat in driveway. We could not use the garage for the boat in case it rained and we needed to protect our equipment rods etc.The house was too far from main shops. For the price paid the property was not what was expected. Besides all that we still had a good time.

Everything was lovely, this was my second stay and will be coming ask again.

Great location, easy walk to beach / dog beach. Nice and quiet. Lots of space for us and our pup. Safe backyard to run in. Easy checkin / checkout.

Well set up and located

If I could give more stars I certainly would. This whole holiday experience was just so easy and relaxing no dramas. Everything I needed was here for me. The house was lovely and surounds were perfect with a wonderfull verandah to take in the wonderfull views. My furr nephew enjoyed his 1st trip to beach allso and we just walked on dog friendly beaches so close everyday. Neither of us wanted to leave. Responses from host was immediate and very helpfull. Cant wait to come back. Just cannot give higher praise for my whole holday experience. I really needed time out and this is what I got.Thank youMarg&'Noodle

We had a great time staying at Seahaven Escape. Being so close to the beach, short drive to Cowes. Lots to do in Phillip Island. Would definitely recommend.

We had a great stay in ventnor, the house had everything we needed and the balcony was a particular highlight. Whilst parts of the house are a little retro, the important parts (kitchen/ living space, bathroom, balcony) are easy to spend time in. Overall a very comfortable and enjoyable stay

Good, quiet location, close to beach

The property was in a great location and perfect size for a family. It had everything you needed for a great holiday. Host was easy to contact if needed.

This house was absolutely perfect for us. Family of 5 with dog. Beach just a short walk away. Dog beach also very close. Quiet area. House has everything you need. Just lovely.

We had a lovely and relaxing 3 night stay at this house with our 2 dogs. Heaps of space, lovely outdoor deck, short stroll to the beach and easy drive to Cowes for shops etc. Karen was a great communicator and was kind enough to offer early check in and late check out which was most appreciated. Highly recommend!

We had a lovely stay at Karen’s property. The location was amazing, there was so much included for the kids to do & Karen was great at communicating. We would definitely stay here again.

The house is great for a big family stay, although there is only one bathroom and toilet. We found the couch in the main living room was unbearable to sit in, but all other facilities were very good. Overall, great position and home.

Short walk to beach. Nice and quiet street. Lovely balcony for breakfast!
