Stayed Oct 26, 2024We’ve previously stayed at this property, as well as the house next door. It’s a great location to restaurants and shoppes we enjoy. And you can’t beat the proximity to the beach! We appreciate the small, gated neighborhood for ease of coming and going, and security. The house is very clean! We did have an issue with a few “water bugs” in the family room area…..assuming it was due to some rain….and maybe needed a better seal around the entry door? Overall: wonderful!

Stayed Jul 6, 2024Location was perfect! House is a perfect location to the beach and everything else on 30A. We loved it there! If I were being picky, I’d only say that some dusting could be touched up, and some brighter lighting in the bathrooms. Other than that, it was great for our family!

Stayed Apr 13, 2024This property was great; plenty of space; great decks and views; comfy beds; great response from managers at Oversee when we had questions. We really enjoyed having the beach chairs and umbrella every day, and the bikes were great to have too. We would love to stay here again.
