House is exactly as pictured! Property manager was great and very quick to respond if we needed to reach out! Definitely would recommend Concierge Cottages and hopefully will be back to one of their properties soon!

Our stay was okay overall. The location is ideal. We could not have asked for a more convenient or beautiful area. Unfortunately, however, we had a number of issues and inconveniences with the house that impacted our experience. The layout of the house is great especially for multiple families with kids, but we encountered a series of unfortunate circumstances one after another. Upon arrival, we noticed the golf cart had a flat tire, none of the TVs in the bunk rooms worked, the lever to flush one of the main bedroom toilets was broken, the grill was dirty and did not ignite, and the dryer on the second floor did not work. The property management company was wonderful at trying to address the issues. They were responsive and professional. As soon as we reported our concerns, they sent a maintenance person out to address what they could, and the owner had the dryer replaced within a couple of days. We felt like all of the issues should have been discovered and remedied prior to our check-in with proper protocols, but we were at least pleased that when brought to the management company's attention they did promptly take action, even though not everything could be fixed or remedied.

Great location! Perfect set up for families or groups! Very close to a beautiful beach that was easy to walk to! Very helpful and responsive host!

Great communication, super clean, hosts were on top of everything, loved having the golf cart to run around, and the pool was a blast. Definitely hope to return!

The house was very nice and accommodated my large family very comfortably. Great location and we enjoyed our stay! The rental company was very quick to respond and help with the issues we had. The stove and oven were great but the cookware needs to be replaced. The washer on the 3rd floor was broken and the dryer on the second floor was broken. I paid for the pool and hot tub to be heated everyday and we had constant issues with the temperature in both. The mornings the temp was warm but by mid morning the hot tub jets were blowing cold water. No instructions for trash pickup.

Overall, the stay was perfect (i.e., bedrooms, cleanliness, kitchen, heated pool, golf cart, bikes).Most of all CC property (Lisa) manager was amazing!!!Would definitely recommend to family and friends!!!

Amenities were not in great condition. Host manager was nice. Bathroom dirty, multiple toilets with issues, pool did not heat correctly.

We love Waves House!!! This was our second time to enjoy this beautiful home with grown kids and grandkids-17 of us!!! Our only suggestion would be to provide a little vacuum for the sand :)

The house was perfect for us. My husband and I and our 3 adult kids and their spouses and our 7 grandchildren stayed for the week. Perfect location and easy access to the beach. The kids loved the pool and we had plenty of space for everyone to spread out. Any time I needed anything the response was prompt. I highly recommend booking this place to enjoy a wonderful vacation on the beach. The little town of Seaside is just a golf cart ride away. Seaside has food trucks, music, and shopping. We loved it here!

Our family of 10 stayed for 4 nights. The house was super clean, spacious and had all of the amenities that we loved, including an in-ground pool, hot tub, golf cart and tons of games, kitchen appliances and more! The house was only steps from the beach, shops and restaurants. The rental company was super helpful and responsive. We LOVED, LOVED our stay! If you are thinking of staying here, DO IT!

We always love when we get to come and stay at Waves. We were very thankful for yalls willingness to on the fly turn on the heater to the pool. Friendly communication, Doug was wonderful to work with!

We had a 4 families stay for the week! It was fantastic. We loved the bikes, golf cart, the pool was warm and large enough for our whole group. Loved the proximity to the beach. So much space for our group. Would stay here again!
