The beds and bedding were extra comfy, the view unbeatable. One of the things we love about Yachats is its walkability and the location of this rental is perfect to get to our favorite places - Bread and Roses Bakery, Yachats Mystic Antiques, and Green Salmon Coffee Company - and of course the beautiful Pacific Ocean. The description was accurate, so if what's described sounds like a good fit for your group, you can't go wrong with this one.

the tiny rooms are ridiculous but the location is excellent

This is a warm & welcoming home; very relaxed, tasteful decor. The furniture is very comfortable and the beds we used were very comfortable. The towels were wonderfully soft and plush and the home was very clean. We very much enjoyed the walkable location to town and the beach. The ground floor bedroom was musty smelling so we chose not to use it. It was clean and was nice to have the extra bathroom and full size refrigerator. The kitchen is lovely and well-equipped. We did struggle the one time we used the oven; couldn’t get the temp setting to change. It did work fine on 350, but I couldn’t figure out how to adjust the temp. The refrigerator drawers are a great use of space. The top one worked great but the lower one seemed to not get very cold. May need a maintenance check. Overall we enjoyed our stay, but we were disappointed with the giant 3 story house blocking the sunset/ocean view. The partial views from this home are lovely but not what we expected from the description and pics.

Dirty dishes in cupboard. Dirty surfaces throught the house. Across the street, noisy people in the 2 story that blocks the ocean view. We enjoyed walking distances to beach, shops and restaurants.

This property is located in an amazing area with beautiful views and fun places to walk down on the rocks! The house is very clean and comfortable. The only downside is the size of the bedrooms. You don't have room for your luggage, but the beds are comfortable. Great stay overall!

We had great views of the ocean, and it was a short walk into Yachats. The house itself is small, with three small bedrooms upstairs and a fourth bedroom in the studio downstairs. We would definitely stay there again!

We stayed during the rainy season (wait, this is OR, it’s all rainy season). Wet stairs and seniors with canes don’t mix well. Decking wood was very slick and lacking traction. We were lucky enough to have willing helpers from the property hosts, Ocean Odyssey Vacation Rentals, to assist with carrying stuff up & down on arrival & departure. Bedrooms were lacking closets. Bathroom towels were sparse, and there were no dish towels. The living area was very spacious with lots of windows, and a kitchen table large enough for game playing. Hopefully the amenities issues we discussed with Odyssey have been resolved. Overall, we had a great time in our favorite coast town!

Easy home base to many beautiful hikes, vistas, and benches to sit and absorb the beauty around you!!! Can't wait until next year!

Nice place. Appears as listed. Only issue is bedroom’s extremely small and limited storage.
