SEAesta Beach House

When we arrived on Sat. the refrigerator was not cooling properly. Of course appliances break but this was not working properly when we arrived. Prop Mgr promptly requested a service call for Monday. An adult stayed at the house all day awaiting the repairman. Repair company started to come late Monday afternoon but had been instructed to text Prop Mgr before coming. They got no response and went to another job. It was Tues midmorning before repairman arrived. He immediately requested a loaner refrig which was set up Tues afternoon and cool enough to use late Tues evening. I later learned that if the Prop Mgr had requested a Sunday repair call, we could have had a loaner by Monday morning. Prop Mgr just said they did not know repair company made Sunday calls- but their job is to know! Unable to buy enough food to cook for 3 days/used a smaller refrig in garage for drinks and ate out in small groups for 3 days rather than cooked together as one big family. Would recommend this house only if a different Prop Mgr.

This rental was excellent!. We were 8 adults and 3 children. The bedrooms was spacious and the beds were excellent, It was very clean, the air conditioning worked perfectly and the kitchen was well stocked! St. Simons Island is delightful. Everyone loved the July 4th celebration on the beach. I couldn't have asked for more. Thank You

Our family has stayed in a wide variety of summer beach properties in Florida, Georgia, North Carolina to name a few. SEAesta, Signature Properties, and their agent Shannon are now on the top of our trip getaways. The house was a home- unlike any rentals we have stayed in previously. Signature’s cleaning team was superior. The home was fabulously equipped and the landscaping excellent! I could ramble on but suffice to say we were treated as welcomed guests not beach renters. Kudos to all!!!

We had seven adults and six kiddos. The house had enough room for all of us that we did not feel like we were on top of each other. This is the first home that we have stayed at that had a kitchen with supplies and enough pots and pans for our size of family, the property manager was available when we had questions and supplied a notebook that covered everything.

What a special property! SEAesta was beautiful, clean, fully stocked with everything in the kitchen. We enjoyed the bikes and especially the golf cart . . . So handy to drive to the Coast Guard parking lot to access the beach . . . And to drive to dinner. Pool area is beautiful . . . Spent lots of time there! The house has such an open feel but at the same time very welcoming! Shannon was prompt with responses before our stay . . . No need to contact her during our time at SSI. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!!!

We have stayed in many VRBO properties. This by far was the best. It was not only very clean but well stocked. We needed nothing except our food. Our welcome surprise was wonderful! The pool area was so comfortable and private. So much so that our family of 11 spent more time there than at the beach. Great vacation and we hope to return next summer.

This home was simply perfect for our family of 13 (5 young children). Each couple had their own suite, and the kids had the bunk room and play room on the 2nd floor. The pool was large with plenty of seating. It was a very short walk to the beach. I would recommend using the golf cart IF you have young children, because they LOVED riding around in it, and it was much easier than getting them in and out of cars! Shannon was THE BEST in answering any questions that we had.

Great location, spacious interior, clean, good size pool, provided enough dishes, utensils, appliance and cookware to prepare and serve meals for 14 peopl having an ice machine was great appreciated the welcome basket beach towels and recreational toys Enjoyed the bicycles although some had flat tires and could not be pumped up

Pool a big plus. Location good. Getting to and from the beach with wagon was the biggest issue we had.

The house was beautiful and we appreciated 3 large bedrooms with king size beds. Everything was spotless including the pool. The elevator was helpful and the house was equipped with everything needed. All appliances worked perfectly. Highly recommend this house.
