* Effective January 1, 2022 Seacrest Beach HOA no longer allows golf cart and low speed vehicle rentals. Golf cart and LSV rentals are not allowed in the neighboring communities of The Village, Rosemary and Alys Beaches, as well.

Spring Break Curfew Notice:
Please be advised that March 1 – April 19, a 7:00 PM curfew for unaccompanied minors under the age of 18 will be in effect in coordination with the Walton County Sheriff`s Office.
This policy applies to Seaside, Seacrest Beach, Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, and the majority of communities along 30A, all of which are enforcing these Spring Break safety regulations in unison with local law enforcement.
Guests are responsible for ensuring all members of their party comply with community guidelines and local regulations.
PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT RENT TO STUDENT GROUPS, AGE OF PRIMARY RENTER MUST BE 23 OR OLDER AND RESIDING IN PROPERTY DURING STAY.
1. Smoking is NOT allowed. Evidence of smoking in the unit after guest departure will be subject to an additional cleaning fee charged to the guest who the reservation is under.
2. People other than those noted in the booking may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest.
3. All our properties are privately owned; property management and the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. Property management and the homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises and recreational gear provided with the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
4. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order.
5. Only use appliances for their intended uses.
6. Bed linens and bath towels are included in the home. Please do not use rental houses linens at the beach or pool. Beach towels are not provided in the home.
7. Please know we do not rent to student groups or to guests under the age of 23. Guest whose name is on the reservation must be present for the duration of the stay.
8. This IS NOT a pet friendly property. Evidence of pets in the unit after guest departure will be subject to a $300 fee charged to the guest who the reservation is under.

*DEPARTURE CHECKLIST:
• Empty refrigerator of all perishables. Remove all trash in the home to exterior trash cans.
• Load and start dishwasher — please do not leave dirty dishes in the sink or on kitchen counters.
• Do not strip beds, but DO collect all the used towels and place in the laundry room.
• Check all drawers and closets for any personal items.
• Return beach key fob to the kitchen counter.
• Turn off all lights and make sure windows and exterior doors are locked. Make sure beach cruiser bikes are locked.
• Check out on time, 10am CT firm. If leaving prior to 10am CT kindly send a text message noting the property you are departing from so we may inform our cleaning crew that they can enter the unit.

*Homes left in complete disarray will be subject to an additional cleaning fee. Listing sites will be provided with photographs.

    Awesome property. We loved the location, the layout of the home, & the cleanliness of the home! We were able to walk or bike to everywhere we needed to go. Or take the trolley. The trolley stop was conveniently right across the street. Great time with family.

    Loved the rental house and loved having 4 bikes, beach chairs and umbrella and a grill, all of which we used.Only wish is that the private beach area was larger, but we were well advised going in that it would be very crowded. We were there the busiest week of the year (July 4) and as long as one was not in a rush and prepared for waits, it is fine. The property manager was always responsive to my questions. Will definitely consider a stay again at this property!

    We absolutely loved this property and our week in Seacrest! The location was perfect. Close enough to walk or hop on the tram to get around. I will definitely book this property again in the future.
