Seacrest Lagoon Pool,Free Tram to Beach, Sleeps 12 + Free Attraction Tickets!

We had a wonderful stay at this property in Seacrest Beach! The location was absolutely perfect — everything we needed was within walking distance, including restaurants, shopping, bars, the beach, and the pool. The tram system was super convenient and made getting to and from the beach a breeze. The property itself was spotless, well-maintained, and just right for our family. We felt comfortable and right at home from the moment we arrived. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a relaxing and accessible beach getaway!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is decorated very well, the layout is perfect for a big family. Overall our experience here was so much fun! Benchmark was responsive with bringing a new coffee pot when ours didn't work and quickly brought more gas for the grill....However...the house needs a deep clean, bugs on the window sills, light fixtures full of dust, kitchen cabinets needed wiping and drawers were full of crumbs. We could have dealt with that but when we arrived, there was a bed without a mattress pad...and then later we realized another bed had a mattress pad that was filthy with urine and blood stains. Somehow this passed their inspection! I washed it so I felt better with our son sleeping on it, but it was still stained. I called and Benchmark said they could not replace it because they had none in inventory!! We also were never brought enough washcloths and never had hand towels for any bathrooms. We asked for 2 days and finally I went out and bought enough for the 11 people in the house. Again, their response was there was not enough in inventory to give us any. Send your people out and purchase some then! I questioned the cleanliness of all the linens after finding that mattress pad...we will not rent from Benchmark again.

Only issue was the kitchen amenities need to be updated (ice machine barely works, only one frying pan, dishwasher poor). Beds were comfortable and we loved all the balconies! Great location- unless you want to go to the beach during Spring Break...the county passed an ordinance that gave ALL renters a small sliver of beach to relax on. You needed to get there by 9am to find a spot and there were literally thousands of us in a small area. Lots of private beach on both sides of us, but we weren't permitted to use it. For this reason- we won't be returning to Rosemary/Seacrest area. Again, don't want to take anything away from this beautiful house, but the beach situation was AWFUL. The pools were amazing, but chairs were hard to find due to overcrowding (likely due to beach situation).

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I traveled with my daughter and great-granddaughter in the off season - just the three of us in this lovely, comfortable home. Benchmark was very communicative throughout our stay, reaching out to offer us early check-in, and making sure everything was in order. The front porch swing was a big hit with our little one, who was the only one among us to test the waters in February. The beaches are spectacular, the shops are lovely, and the restaurants are great. George's and Idle Hound Proper were especially memorable. The only hiccup with our stay was the gas fireplace, which was not in working order. We had a couple of cold days, and it would have been nice to light a fire. Ultimately, though, we decided not to bother making a call to the management company.This property would defintely host a crowd; but for us it was the perfect retreat.

Texting the rental company was easy and convenient and they responded quickly. One example is when we needed a new propane tank for the grill - I texted later in the day and it was replaced the next morning. We would definitely go back!
