ABOUT SEACREST 6:
Seacrest Townhome #6 is a beautiful, two-story townhome that sits directly on the gulf. Each floor has a porch facing the gulf for that relaxing cup of coffee, watching the sunrise in the morning and that romantic sunset at night.

The first floor has a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living room with a sleeper sofa. While relaxing in the living room or cooking in the kitchen, open the curtains and you will have a spectacular view of the white sandy beaches and turquoise water. The second floor has a King size bed in one bedroom that overlooks 30A, while the other has a King bed and a porch overlooking the beautiful ocean.

Seacrest Townhome is along 30A and tucked between Rosemary Beach and Seaside, which means that you have the luxury of walking or riding your bike to any of the charming shopping centers. You can relax on our gorgeous white sandy beaches during the day and enjoy the nightlife and shopping in the evening.

    Great location. Mgmt company was very nice but not the cleanest. Didn’t offer a ton of toiletries either.

    Beautiful views of Gulf and a walk down stairs to the Beach are truly high points. As for cleanliness be prepared to wash the floors. Within minutes of arrival our feet were black. We went out to purchase cleaning supplies and my wife mopped all the floors. The water was disgustingly dirty. I believe for a place with such an amazing location and marketed like it is, expectations are higher. Which is why I would expect the rusted curtain rod and curtains to be replaced, the shower curtain in the full bath in the hallway upstairs to be the right size and hand soap at least in the kitchen and bathroom on the main level. Then you have the three unsightly buckets of paint outside the main door behind the ac unit and it’s just not a very classy place. The bikes are fine, but could use an upgrade and the bike locks need to be longer so you can lock the bikes up at other locations. Also, the kitchen faucet slowly drips on the counter after use. So good, not great with a few disappointments.

    We had a wonderful time over a long weekend in May. The water was clear, and the pullout couch made it easy to fit 6 adults plus puppy comfortably!

    The Pro is the location and direct access to the beach. That’s the only Pro. The unit is listed as “newly renovated” but that really means everything was just painted white. There is zero character or charm to this unit. Very plain bathroom fixtures and lighting throughout. This unit was updated for maximum profit to the owners. Previous reviews noting the shabbiness of furniture were correct. The den sofas have not one (aka ZERO) throw pillows. The fabric was rough and seemed dirty. We covered them with our extra beach towels to hide the look and make us more comfortable to sit on them. I’m glad we had perfect weather as I can’t imagine staying in this unit all day on a rainy day. The most disappointing part of our experience was the check in. The unit was not occupied the day before our arrival so was already cleaned. We inquired as to an early arrival (2 pm instead of 4 pm.). Although the unit was cleaned and ready for us Paradise said we could only enter early for an additional 100 fee plus tax. We declined. We attempted to enter at 4:07 and door code didn’t work. We had to call to have it reset. The day before checkout, we were reminded that check out was 10:00 am. Paradise asked us to let them know if we left early! We did leave early but I didn’t tell them as I feared there would be a 100 fee (plus tax) to depart early. :) Honestly Paradise is all about maximizing their profits and not making the guests feel welcome. I won’t rent from them ever again.

    This property was everything that it said it was. With gorgeous views of the Gulf right out of the back door. We had our small dog with us and there was just enough grass out of the back door for her to do her business (yes we always clean up after her). The property manager responded right away and rapidly rectified anything we needed. We highly recommend this property.

    Awesome location! Nice condo layout. Loved the complex. We stayed here b/c they allowed dogs. But prior reviews are accurate, cleanliness issues. 3 roaches during our 5 day stay. Tile floor throughout, that left socks & feet black. Sticker on the AC, don't put below 70 or it freezes and you'll be charged (glad we were there in the winter). We were confused at check-in on the door, tried calling for help, NO after-hours number given prior to check-in. Left message & sent text, never got call back till the morning, luckily we figured out our issue. Prior tenants dumped ashes in the patio area. Would consider staying again if we new things were cleaner & updated.

    Who ever is doing the maintenance checks isn’t doing their job. I spent most of my time at this property dealing with issues since day one. The glass doors downstairs don’t open, handyman could only get one open. Bedroom door upstairs wouldn’t close the door is messed up. The upstairs glass doors wouldn’t lock bc the lock was broken. Dishwasher wasn’t hooked up correctly, horrible wasp problem on balcony my mother is deadly allergic. It took seven days for them to get someone to come actually spray. They gave us a can of raid. The garage disposable has something metal broken in it. It was on thing after another with this place. The tv signal is always cutting out. We rented this place for 2 weeks to get away and relax meanwhile all we did was do Maintance on this property and deal with the company who takes care of the place. Not my idea of a vacation
