Stayed Apr 10, 2024Sea Biscuit is a great family house, fairly clean, well laid out and well appointed. However, there were issues that should be addressed if asking such a high price for the rental. Rotted/mildewed areas around the base of shower doors or bathtubs in three bathrooms, flooring peeling up in the master bath, kitchen cabinet doors falling off their hinges. Also a gross pink taffy-like substance that had apparently melted, then hardened onto a baseboard in the third floor bedroom. Looked like it had been there a while. Overall we had a great time but it seems that Seabrook rentals needs to check their properties more often for damage/repairs.
