Seabrook's Boat House, a spacious home steps away from the indoor pool!

It is a fabulous way to experience new urbanism - designed for a five-minute walk to access daily needs and amenities. The more important piece to us was the human centered design of prioritizing human well-being, community, and a connection to nature over car dependency and uniformity. Incredibly clean. Better than advertised. Entire support staff is super helpful even though you don’t need them once you’re set up in first 15 minutes. Just had a question of where hot tub key was. Wonderful house — one of the best you could get. Located by downtown, park, pool, etc. walking distance to grocery and restaurants. House was like something out of a dream .. it’s imbued with wonderful summer vibes and conducive to peace, wonderful family time. 10/10.

The house was located in a great spot. You could walk everywhere so that was very convenient. The hot tub was clean and nice. The kitchen was well appointed. We had a nice time, but there were a few things that I would like to mention for future guests. It was warm when we were there and so we wanted to open the windows, but there were no screens on any of the windows so we could not leave them open for long periods of time or else bugs would come in. There were also no fans available in the house. So, it got very hot and stuffy in the house. When reading previous reviews, the guests had talked about the bikes that they had used at the property so I assumed that there were bikes available at the home. There are not, so you will need to bring your own. The only other downside was the property management company was not good. When we arrived, we had noticed that the master bed frame had come loose and the bolts needed to be tightened back into the frame. It was really loud and very loose. We immediately reached out to the property management company and I left a voicemail. They never called. We then went down to the office and spoke with the front desk, person, and left a request. They never came. We went down again the following day and left another request. They never came. My husband ended up doing it himself with a makeshift screwdriver. So don’t count on any help if you need anything from the company. The home itself is nice and convenient and clean. We had a nice time.

Our family loved our stay at the boat house. The house was a perfect set up for our family of four and the kitchen was well-equipped. Seabrook had everything you could need within walking distance. We will definitely be back!

Great place with lots of space and a hot tub!!!

House was clean and comfortable; underrated features is that it has 2.5 bathrooms as that always helps with everyone getting ready in the mornings. Well stocked with kitchen supplies for when we chose to have a family dinner, but this was very walkable to the restaurants and store so spent plenty of time at the shops and restaurants. It would be nice if the side door also had a keypad since it has the most direct access to the very ample street parking, but this didn't have any real impact on our stay. Overall enjoyed it and a great space for a full family of adults

We had a terrific winter stay at the Boat House and found it to be well-appointed, warm, and welcoming. Easy to get everywhere we wanted to go within seabrook and great for time by the fire, cooking, and playing games as a family around the dining table.

Very nice place. Location was great and house was great for our group of 4 adults/4 kids. Would definitely return.

I stayed here with 5 friends for the Seabrook relay. It was blocks away from the start and even closer to finish. Super clean. Very cute. Easily slept 6 of us. We would definitely come back.
