From the beautifully landscaped front and backyards to the ample amount of seating for guests, this property truly has it all. Kitchen essentials, laundry room with full sized washer/dryer. New wood deck outside for those perfect summer BBQs. Close to amazing restaurants, bars, public parks, and beach. $75 pet fee.

I live very close by and am available at all reasonable times via call/text. There is Baptist Beaches down the road and a first aid kit on site.

Conveniently located 7 BLOCKS to the beach, down the street to Gonzalez park, walking distance to restaurants, shopping, bars, retail, and more. Great quiet neighborhood.

Direct access to the beach via Beach Blvd, 1st Ave N, or 4th Ave N. About a 5 minute walk to the beach.
Quiet Hours between 10pm-7am, No underage drinking or use of illegal substances(ZERO tolerance-will forfeit entire rental amount). Please be respectful of neighbors and property.
