Situated in the gated neighborhood of Waters' Edge in Seacrest Beach on 30A, the property provides a quiet retreat for visitors. The home's waterfront location means immediate beach access and one-of-a-kind Gulf views. It has a private courtyard with its own 6x16 private pool, a gameroom, a carriage house, and free seasonal beach service. With six total bedrooms, there is ample room for up to 21 guests.

From the moment you arrive, you'll feel all tension leave your body as you relax into your paradise getaway. The main great room is on the second floor, where high ceilings, huge windows, and an open floor plan greet you. The sunny living room features two slip-covered sofas and two matching armchairs. This cozy seating arrangement centers around a circular coffee table. A TV mounted on a shiplap wall offers entertainment throughout the day. Hardwood floors flow into the adjacent dining area, where you will find a banquet table with 12 chairs. This is the perfect spot to enjoy a home-cooked meal with your fellow vacationers. There are four stools at the kitchen's open bar, providing additional seating or more relaxed dining. The large kitchen boasts white cabinetry, ample counter space, and stainless-steel appliances. From the great room, you can step right onto a beachfront veranda through multiple sets of glass doors. Grab a drink, snacks, and your family to enjoy an evening of Gulf breezes and coastal sunsets right from the balcony. A powder room is available on this floor for added convenience.

Five bedrooms in the main house are spread across the first and third levels. The first floor includes three guest bedrooms, as well as a game room/guest room with cozy sleeping accommodations. Two of the first-floor guest rooms have king-size beds, while the other has a queen-size bed and a twin bunk. All three have ensuite baths. The game room includes two queen/full bunks, a pool table, a game table, a TV, and several seating areas. A half bath/pool bath is provided on the first level, serving as a convenient changing room.

The primary bedroom is located on the top level, and it truly is a special suite. The bedroom boasts a king-size bed, beach-facing windows, a kitchenette, a flatscreen TV, two private baths with walk-in showers, and access to a romantic balcony overlooking the shoreline.

The second floor offers access to the carriage house, which ensures completely separate accommodations for your party's convenience. The carriage house has its own living area with a white sofa, TV, and access to a balcony with gulf views. A full-size kitchen makes it easy to cook whenever you need. A sunny dining nook has a round table and seating for three. In the bedroom, you will find a queen-size bed with a twin trundle and ensuite bath. A half bath powder room is also provided off the living and kitchen areas.

In addition to these great accommodations, guests will also love the gated courtyard with a heated private pool, picnic tables, and gas grill. Additionally, an exclusive neighborhood boardwalk that leads to the sugary shores is only two houses down. This means that one minute you might be splashing in your pool, and the next you may find yourself snorkeling in the salty Gulf waves. A perfect vacation day! Finally, a wide variety of restaurants, beach bars, beach boutiques, seasonal events, festivals, and art galleries can be found in close proximity to Seacrest Beach and the other towns of Scenic Highway 30A.
