Very nice and next to the beach.

This condo was the perfect set up and location for our sister trip. We enjoyed the beach views from the balcony every morning with coffee. The beds were comfortable and bathrooms had everything we needed- although hand showers would make cleaning much easier. The kitchen also had everything we needed and the half bath on that level was a nice feature. There are a lot of stairs as other reviewers had mentioned but it was not a problem for us. The walk to the beach was quick and easy. The beach itself was not crowded and the sunsets were amazing. We also loved being central for easy drives to Indian Pass Raw Bar and PCB. We would definitely come back to Mexico Beach and this condo!

This property is in a really good location of Mexico Beach with a beautiful view of the beach itself. We found it to be really clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well appointed, though it would have been nice to have aluminum foil, Saran Wrap and sandwich bags available for leftovers from nearby restaurants that provide delicious and ample portions enough to bring some back to the condo. The only issues we had were not at all the fault of the property owners. Mexico Beach is still rebuilding after Hurricane Michael and there is a house very close by that is under construction so there was noise from that. The other instance was we forgot September is one of the seasons for love bugs to be out swarming. We wished we could sit outside more, but fortunately there is a window of time early in the morning and just before sundown where you can enjoy that beautiful view from the balcony by sitting actually out on the balcony. The rental agency was very easy and friendly to work with.

Seabiscuit was clean and ready for us when we arrived. We found the pictures and descriptions of the property to be accurate. There is still a direct view of the ocean and beach, though that may (will) change with future construction. Mexico beach and the surrounding areas are both beautiful and charming. Our trip was planned after school started but before the Labor Day weekend. Often there was no one within 50 yards of us on the beach. Just what the doctor ordered. Rest and relaxation. We like to cook on our vacations and Seabiscuit generally had what we needed to do so. Pots and pans are mixed bag of mismatched cookware but that's normal in rental properties. It does have two things many properties do not. A stockpot and colander. I've gotten so used to these essentials being missing from various properties over the years I usually pack my own. There is a lot of Pyrex in a variety of sizes. I like the gas range. I gave the property a five star overall rating and I stand by that. Two things do need attention in my opinion. The blue sofa is worn out and needs to be replaced. It’s uncomfortable to sit on. The back bedrooms need drapes. The blinds cannot keep the early morning sun out of those two rooms. Both of these are easy fixes that can be taken care of quickly and with minimal expense. We greatly enjoyed our stay at Seabiscuit and cannot wait to return.

We had a great stay! The condo was decorated nice & modern, and the perfect size for our family of 5. The view was perfect and super close walk to the beach. We appreciated the beach essentials to make up for what we couldnt fit on our travels (extra chairs & sand toys). There was one towel and fitted sheet with a stain on them, and we wish since there were 2 trash cans that the replacement bags so kindly left wouldve been two as well. Those things were very miniscule compared to the wonderful stay we had.

We loved Mexico Beach and SeaBiscuit was the perfect place for us to stay. Beautiful view and super close to the beach. It was very clean and nicely decorated. The bunk room is rather small but fine if you just need a place to sleep. Other bedrooms and bathrooms were nice. Kitchen/Living area was open with a great view! We had a great time and would love to go back!

Had a great stay at Seabiscuit condominium. Accomodations were clean and nicely decorated. Reservation process through Sunshine Vacation Rentals was easy. We would stay there again.

Enjoyed our stay. Nice, quiet place. Appreciate the beach items and especially the wagon for taking items to the beach. The little ones enjoyed playing with the beach toys. We all had a great time!

What a great place. A few steps from the beach, beautifully decorated and gorgeous rooms. Be aware that the area surrounding flips from CST to EST (Port St. Joe) I would definitely stay there again

The condo was very clean and nice. Pictures are accurate. Very close to beach and no highway to cross to get to beach.

I truly enjoyed the stay. The proximity to the beach was convenient/great. I would recommend bringing all of your kitchen specifics. I had to purchase a knife and a few other small things, but otherwise kitchen was stocked. The property was clean and quiet.

Our family had a blast at this home. We loved the location and the cleanliness of the home. Will definitely be back in the future.

I rented this house for my wedding for myself, now husband, two adult daughters, their significant others and 6 month old grandson. The location to the beach was perfect. The views were spectacular! The house was clean and had a great beach vibe. There were lots of beach gear in the storage shed which was very helpful. My only real disappointment was the room with the bunk beds. It was extremely small with no closet or small bureau even to put clothes. My 22 yr old daughter stayed in here with her BF. The twin beds were not the issue as much as the space. You stood out of bed and your nose was at the door. Even for a child it's small. Also the large kitchen knife handle was broken. Couldn't use to cut a watermelon. All and all I would rent this property again ?
