Sea You Soon 30A | Golf Cart, Bikes, Beach Gear | Near Seaside & WaterColor

We had a wonderful time. The home was very clean and comfortable, with everything we needed for our stay. We loved the screened in porches and we enjoyed using the bikes and golf cart throughout the week. Very convenient to public beach access, Publix grocery store, Seaside, and Water Color. When we did have a question, Kerri responded very quickly. Would stay here again.

We loved our stay at this home! It was very, very clean, and lots of amenities of a home, not a rental. It was obvious that it is managed by the homeowner and not a management company. For instance, quality dishes, knives, air fryer, etc. There was not an item that we needed in the kitchen that wasn’t there. The beds were super comfortable and even had good pillows in every room! The phone chargers beside the bed were great too. We used the heck out of the bikes. They were a lot of fun since Florida is so flat!!! We could have stayed forever! Communication with the owner was excellent!

All the beds are very comfortable. Our grandsons loved sleeping in the bunks. The porches provided a nice extension to the outdoors. We found the cooler, beach wagon, beach chairs and boogie boards nice additions for our beach days. The neighborhood is very relaxing and quiet. We didn’t need to use our car the entire week because the golf cart took us everywhere we wanted to go!! Thanks for thinking of everything we could possibly need.

We absolutely loved this property. The attention to detail and items provided were above and beyond the other rentals we have stayed at. The home was so clean, we had everything we needed. Our kids LOVED the bikes. Our only issue wasn’t at all related to the home but how busy the area was with high school Spring Break crowd. Nature walk was nice because it was away from all the spring break craziness that was along 30A and seaside. We definitely will come back to the area but we might avoid the Spring Break timeframe.

We had the best time at Sea You Soon! Everything about our stay was perfect. The house was very clean, beds very comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed to cook many meals throughout the week. The swing on the porch was amazing! Our kids loved the golf cart and it made getting around and parking a breeze! The bikes were also a nice touch, especially with the various sized kids bikes. We loved riding our bikes to the beach through the Naturewalk trail and taking bike rides each morning around the beautiful neighborhood. The close location to Seaside and Seagrove was perfect. We also loved all of the beach gear.... chairs, wagons, umbrellas..... we had everything we needed for a perfect beach day. Thank you so much for a wonderful week at the beach, we can't wait to return!

We enjoyed our stay at Sea You Soon. We were three couples that are friends since High School. This is our second stay at this lovely house and it won’t be our last. This house is beautiful and has everything you could possibly want during your stay. The screened porches are wonderful to relax on after a busy day on 30 A. The Golf cart and bicycles were an added treat. Kerri and Rafael have done a great job to make your stay special.

Everything was great. Plenty of bikes for everyone and the golf cart was a game changer. Bikes had helmets provided, even a bike repair kit. The community was awesome, with the pool & pickleball courts. The surrounding trails were great for walks and taking the bikes for a spin. Publix was close and made the grocery pickup super easy as well as several places biking distance to grab coffee, pizza ... even a small liquor store. The house itself was plenty big for us and another family that joined for a few days (7 total ppl). All the amenities we needed, toiletries provided, beach equipment, cooking necessities, gas grill, it was all there for us already. Host was very responsive as well, from the moment I booked, which was great. Everything was lovely. Couldn't ask for better!

We had a great stay at Sea You Soon! The house was extremely clean and had everything you could need. We have been to 30A a few times but this was our best stay yet. The location of NatureWalk is perfect for biking and using the golf cart daily to get to the beach. We loved the pools and the playground. The owners care about the house and want you to have a great stay. We will definitely be back!

We had the most incredible week at Sea You Soon beach house! Kerri communicated with us promptly and answered all of our questions before our stay. When we arrived the home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had every amenity we could want. The golf cart made getting around so easy, and we loved having beach chairs, umbrellas, and a wagon ready to go—it truly made beach days less expensive and a breeze. The location was perfect because it was just outside the business of seaside. The whole experience was relaxing from start to finish. We can’t wait to come back!

Everything about this home exceeded our expectations! We didn’t want to leave! Additionally, Kerri was so wonderful to work with, she made the process from start to finish seamlessly.

This house was perfect for our week long stay with a family of 6. The golf cart was utilized every day to get us to the beach, restaurants, and grocery runs. Beautiful neighborhood!

My family had such a wonderful time at See you Soon. The golf cart was large enough for all of us , making for fun trips to dinner and the grocery. The kitchen was well equipped w everything we needed and the knives were very sharp! We enjoyed the porches every morning and evening as well :))

This was our 3rd year in a row staying in this house over spring break (2 families) and we love it! The house is in a great neighborhood. We enjoyed playing pickleball in the neighborhood, as well as riding our golf cart and going swimming at the pool. Kerri is fantastic to work with. Whenever I had questions, she responded immediately. I wouldn't hesitate to rent this house again, or any other house that Kerri is managing.

Better than described and Kerri was quickly attentive to every questions. Would stay again without any hesitancy.
