Sea Watch: 4B/4B Direct Oceanfront Home with Pool Near Downtown Cocoa Beach

Property mgrs were great. Furniture a little worn Recommend that the owner needs install a pool pump and heater that works which would give renter the option for a heated pool.

The house was very clean and had lots of space. The location right on the beach was amazing! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you would need. The pool during our stay was ice cold because of the low temperatures and no sun on the pool. A little outdated furniture but that didn't hinder our stay but if replaced would make the house even better. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

We stayed at this property for the Thanksgiving holiday with our family. The property itself was very nice. It had a unique layout that was very fitting for a family with a range of ages. The grounds were amazing and the view was breathtaking. The main thing that we were concerned with was the kitchen because we were going to be doing a lot of cooking. They had a very well stocked kitchen which had pretty much everything we could have asked for. The bar was also well stocked with glassware and accessories. I would absolutely recommend this property.

Everything was great!! Very clean, comfy beds, easy walk to the beach. Host was great!

Hot tub was clean and we used it everyday. We started our trip out with a lot of rain and wind so we used the board games and door dash. The house has amazing adult space for reading and making drinks. When not raining, beautiful beach views. We were able to see the rocket go up at 2:30am from the balcony with some cloud cover still. Well worth setting our alarm for. The kids took surfing lessons in front of the house. Great instructor came to the house one day and met us at Jetty Park on another day. So much fun for all of us!!! The house has all the beach stuff. We needed nothing from towels, bags wagons and chairs and umbrellas. I saw baby stuff in one of the closets too. The house has everything. Enjoy!! We did.

We had a wonderful family gathering - enjoyed the beach, the storms and just being together! It was perfect.My husband, their father passed away last December and this week end would have been our 62nd Anniversary and the kids all came in to be with me! It was very special!

Great location right on the beach at a price that is affordable. Lots of items available for the beach/pool...chairs/umbrellas, wagons, boogie boards, pool floats, sand toys, goggles, and beach games (badminton, volleyball, footballs, etc.). Host was very accommodating with our last minute booking request and was quick to respond despite it being late at night...much appreciated!

We stayed at this beach house in Cocoa Beach for a long weekend and had a fantastic experience. The home was extremely clean, spacious, and clearly well taken care of, with great attention to detail throughout. Check-in was smooth, and the host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. The beach access was private and super convenient, and the pool was a perfect bonus. Overall, a great spot for a relaxing getaway—would definitely stay here again.

Greatly enjoyed staying at this property. The house was spacious and right on the beach. It is a public beach, but well maintained with beautiful white sand and clear blue water. Speaking of water, we loved that there was plenty of hot water for all 6 of us. Would stay again.

Being in this property was magical, everything you could want for a happy vacation is there, the communication was excellent, the house is so clean and beautifully decorated, everything in the kitchen was available, I loved the detail upon arrival, I have been traveling for years and I would dare to say that this property is unique in all the positive aspects, I hope to return

Our family had a fantastic stay at this Cocoa Beach VRBO! The house was clean, spacious, and perfectly located near the beach. Everything was as described, and the host was super responsive. Highly recommend for a great Florida getaway!

Our group of 12 had a wonderful stay (ages 6 to 72)! Great communication from our host and thoughtful touches for our parents’ anniversary. Best parts: space to spread out, access to beach, walkable to shops and cafes, high end appliances and amenities, and well stocked extras to make our stay comfortable. Would love to come back!

Was quite impressed with the entire experience, pool was a bit smaller than expected and not heated. Thought the pool had a hot tub but it was a cold tub! but otherwise all was enjoyable. Distance to the beach was a major plus, everyone had a great time.

Four cousins who have either never met or have not seen each other since childhood in the 1970's had a first reunion here. What a joyous and heartwarming gathering. More cousins want to come next time. We will meet at this house. The home was comfortable, had soul soothing sunrises and peace while walking on the beach. And restaurants, shopping, and fun activities are so close by.

Everything was as described for this house, and we really enjoyed our stay. Our favorite thing about the house was all the little spaces you created. There was a corner in the living room to read if you were tired of watching TV. There were several outdoor spaces to truly get away from others if you needed some quiet time. The house was clean, a great location, and the weather was beautiful.

the owner was always available for questions. this was our favorite place of the whole trip. i can't imagine a better place to stay at cocoa beach. we went to the disney parks and stayed in orlando before we got here. the kids preferred to stay here then anything they did at disney. they have a garage full of gear for the beach you can use which really made the trip. we will be back in the future.

Best decision ever to trade in a vacation for a staycation on Cocoa Beach! This home is beautiful and the owners have provided everything you could possibly need for a wonderful weeks stay! The view is awesome, the chef’s kitchen was inspiring! The owner/ mgr was quick to respond and very accomodating…. we extended our stay! For any future travelers, note that the pool is not heated and no screens on the windows… but neither of those things meant anything to us. We loved this place!

The property was just as it said in the listing. It gave everyone ranging in age from newborn to 50 a place of to be themselves. It was close to many great restaurants and stores, and just a short jaunt to Orlando for all of those experiences. We were also able to experience two Space X launches that we could watch right off of the balcony. The house was very clean and well stocked with all you could need for a stay. The host was very responsive as well when we had a question.

My fiancée and I found ourselves in a tight deadline to get into a place. This host was the most prompt in communication, which landed us in our stay here. I can’t express how glad we are that we ended up in this beautiful & CLEAN home. Waking up to the Beautiful Sunrise views on the Ocean front from the bedroom was amazing! We enjoyed the amenities very much so, such as the hot tub & pool, too. The proximity to ‘downtown’, cocoa beach strip, was so convenient. We certainly hope to return with the whole family, which we are confident the home will perfectly accommodate. We highly recommend. Thanks you so much!

This property is in an ideal location! Direct access to a beautiful beach, surf views and sounds, and seabreezes from the patio and balcony. Many restaurants to choose from nearby. The house is well appointed and is extremely live-able. My husband, son, and I enjoyed a quiet Thanksgiving weekend together. Our son attends FL Tech, so we plan to come back to this great property!

Do not be fooled by the A1A street address of this property. It is gorgeous, spacious, well stocked and just steps to a fabulous stretch of beach that is not crowded at all. The pool is lovely too! There is a sizable yard on the ocean side for cornhole or other games. There are towels aplenty and the kitchen is very well provisioned. The gas grill is excellent and heats up hot to put a nice char on meats. The layout of the house is so comfortable - plenty of room to be together or find quiet space as needed. The Master bedroom is exquisite! The balcony provides a hypnotic view of the ocean and rocket launches from here were super special. The location is about four blocks from where the commercial area is - an easy walk or bike. This was a truly exceptional house that we enjoyed for two weeks and were sad to leave. The property management was super responsive and friendly. Would definitely return if we go to Cocoa Beach again.

We’ve just had the most fantastic week, we are all very sad to be leaving! The villa is beautiful, clean and well stocked. The host was very responsive and hospitable. The setting was just perfect, lots of days spent on the beach, by the pool and walks to Coconuts on the Beach for a late afternoon cocktail. Our week couldn’t have been more perfect. This place was absolutely perfect for our family!! We wanted a couple days to relax before hitting Disney hard & we're definitely not disappointed. The beach is just what we hoped for, not crowded at all. The pool was perfect for night time swims. The layout of the house allowed everyone their privacy but plenty of communal space to socialize. We will definitely stay here again

Well first of all Milton wrecked havoc on a vacation that did not happen…..we r not from florida so we were not going to stay for a hurricane as I have been thru one and did not want to risk my life again nor my grandkids so we left….the house and location were going to be perfect as it was ideal for us to stay in but…..the weather sucked and ruined it…Melanie was wonderful and she helped us with a few problems and she had the place spotless for our arrival….I have reached out to you for some type of reimbursement and heard nothing as this was a big deal telling all people to leave the state…we would love to come back to this house with some type of money back or another week on you…I would love to have the name and phone number to the owners so I could call them and talk with them about this ordeal please as it’s the least you could do for us…I would also like to know why Vrbo has not contacted us onour stay. We would like a refund…. Debbie

Everything you need to relax from the pool to the ocean Great stay

Our family avoided a direct hit from the hurricane and had a wonderful vacation. Hated leaving but needed to start clean up of trees and limbs down at home. Hope to stay again in the future.

My nephew is sick and wanted to see the Atlantic. We live in south Louisiana. This home on the beach was PERFECT! We had plenty of room, the beds were comfy, just sitting around was relaxing. As far as the beach.. had all we needed to spend the day. Chairs and umbrellas.. wagon to pull things, boogie boards and sand toys. The boys also loved the upool when we were not on the beach. AMAZING and we hope to visit again.

We planned this months in advance for an end of summer trip for our kids and family and everything was great. The house beautiful and everything was as described. It was very spacious and enough to accommodate 4 adults and 5 kids. Would definitely book again.
